the_o king_n assent_n this_o he_o condemn_v 9_o if_o there_o arise_v any_o controversy_n between_o clerk_n and_o a_o layman_n or_o contrariwise_o about_o any_o tenement_n which_o the_o clerk_n claim_v to_o be_v hold_v in_o free_a alm_n the_o lie_v man_n in_o lie_z fee_n it_o shall_v be_v determine_v before_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n according_a to_o his_o discretion_n in_o the_o king_n recognition_n this_o he_o condemn_v 10._o any_o man_n of_o city_n castle_n borough_n or_o the_o king_n demean_v manor_n be_v cite_v by_o the_o archdeacon_n or_o bishop_n for_o any_o offence_n
