to_o the_o censor_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o assemble_v together_o in_o their_o say_a hall_n to_o administer_v and_o give_v oath_n upon_o the_o say_v holy_a evangelist_n for_o the_o due_a performance_n and_o erecution_n of_o he_o and_o their_o office_n and_o place_n and_o the_o same_o register_n and_o all_o and_o every_o other_o officer_n and_o minister_n by_o they_o to_o be_v elect_v make_v constitute_v or_o appoint_v as_o aforesaid_a from_o time_n to_o time_n upon_o reasonable_a and_o just_a cause_n to_o remove_v expel_v and_o put_v out_o remove_v of_o he_o and_o their_o say_a office_n and_o place_n and_o to_o elect_v and_o put_v other_o into_o he_o and_o their_o room_n and_o place_n when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o to_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o college_n or_o commonalty_n and_o their_o successor_n or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o shall_v seem_v meet_a and_o convenient_a and_o further_o we_o do_v for_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n give_v and_o grant_v unto_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o college_n or_o commonalty_n and_o their_o successor_n that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o four_o censor_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o whereof_o the_o precedent_n to_o be_v one_o to_o cause_v such_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v convent_v for_o any_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a and_o shall_v be_v find_v offender_n therein_o to_o become_v bind_v to_o we_o our_o heir_n or_o successor_n and_o to_o our_o use_n in_o one_o or_o more_o several_a recognizance_n in_o with_o such_o condition_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o four_o censor_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o whereof_o the_o precedent_n to_o be_v one_o to_o commit_v such_o person_n to_o prison_n and_o he_o to_o detain_v in_o prison_n until_o he_o shall_v become_v bind_v in_o such_o recognizance_n with_o such_o condition_n as_o
