shire_n citizen_n and_o burgess_n be_v elect_v by_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o several_a county_n and_o town_n do_v in_o some_o sort_n represent_v the_o people_n who_o choose_v they_o but_o that_o that_o no_o law_n make_v without_o the_o king_n consent_n bind_v unless_o his_o consent_n be_v first_o require_v and_o refuse_v 2._o that_o those_o law_n be_v necessary_a for_o the_o preservation_n
