his_o negative_a voice_n in_o parliament_n but_o now_o by_o woeful_a experience_n they_o both_o understand_v by_o who_o and_o how_o they_o be_v represent_v which_o be_v thus_o the_o knight_n of_o shire_n citizen_n and_o burgess_n be_v elect_v by_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o several_a county_n and_o town_n do_v in_o some_o sort_n represent_v the_o people_n who_o choose_v they_o but_o that_o be_v no_o further_a than_o their_o commission_n extend_v and_o they_o have_v no_o other_o commission_n than_o the_o king_n write_v of_o summons_n &_o the_o return_n thereof_o word_n by_o word_n set_v that_o no_o law_n make_v without_o the_o king_n consent_n bind_v unless_o his_o consent_n be_v first_o require_v and_o refuse_v 2._o that_o those_o law_n be_v necessary_a for_o the_o preservation_n
