or_o at_o the_o delyvery_n of_o such_o good_n and_o cattelle_n as_o he_o that_o be_v so_o distrayn_v have_v in_o his_o custodye_n and_o governaunce_n against_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v be_v so_o tax_v and_o set_v any_o grant_n or_o write_v obligatorie_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o matter_n to_o the_o contrary_n make_v heretofore_o notwithstanding_o and_o if_o any_o such_o parson_n that_o shall_v be_v so_o distrayn_v have_v no_o land_n or_o tenement_n sufficient_a whereby_o he_o or_o his_o tenaunte_n and_o fermour_n may_v be_v distrayn_v or_o have_v alyen_v or_o hide_v his_o good_n and_o cattelle_n whereby_o he_o shall_v or_o may_v be_v distrayn_v in_o such_o manner_n that_o such_o good_n and_o cattelle_n shall_v not_o be_v know_v or_o find_v so_o that_o the_o sum_n of_o or_o by_o he_o to_o be_v pay_v in_o the_o say_a form_n shall_v ne_o can_v be_v convenient_o levy_v then_o upon_o relation_n thereof_o to_o the_o commissioner_n or_o to_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o by_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v where_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n be_v tax_v and_o set_v by_o the_o oath_n of_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o levy_n and_o payment_n of_o that_o sum_n or_o sum_n the_o same_o commissioner_n shall_v make_v a_o precepte_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o to_o attach_v take_v and_o arrest_v the_o body_n of_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n that_o ought_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a sum_n and_o by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v charge_v with_o and_o for_o the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n and_o they_o unto_o who_o such_o precepte_v shall_v be_v direct_v do_v his_o true_a diligence_n and_o execute_v the_o same_o upon_o everye_o parson_n so_o be_v indebt_v upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_n to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n for_o every_o default_n in_o that_o behalf_n twenty_o shyllynge_v and_o that_o no_o keeper_n of_o any_o gaol_n from_o his_o gaol_n suffer_v any_o such_o parson_n to_o go_v at_o large_a by_o let_v to_o bail_n or_o otherwise_o to_o depart_v out_o of_o his_o prison_n before_o he_o have_v pay_v his_o say_a debt_n and_o the_o say_v xx.d_n for_o the_o say_a arrest_n upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_n to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n forty_o shyllynge_v and_o the_o same_o gaoler_n to_o pay_v unto_o the_o queen_n majesty_n the_o double_a value_n aswell_o of_o the_o rate_n which_o the_o say_a parson_n so_o imprison_v be_v tax_v as_o of_o the_o say_v xx.d_n for_o the_o fee_n and_o like_o process_n and_o remedy_n in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n shall_v be_v grant_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o by_o the_o say_a commission_n shall_v be_v thereunto_o appoint_v at_o like_a infirmation_n of_o every_o parson_n or_o parson_n be_v charge_v with_o any_o sum_n of_o money_n for_o any_o other_o parson_n or_o parson_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n and_o not_o thereof_o pay_v but_o wilful_o withdraw_v ne_o the_o same_o levyable_a within_o the_o limit_n where_o such_o parson_n be_v thereunto_o tax_v and_o if_o the_o sum_n or_o sum_n be_v behind_o unpayde_v by_o any_o parson_n or_o parson_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a be_v levy_v and_o gather_v by_o force_n of_o the_o say_a process_n to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o if_o indefaulte_n or_o for_o lack_n of_o payment_n thereof_o the_o parson_n or_o parson_n so_o owe_v the_o say_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n by_o process_n of_o the_o same_o commissioner_n to_o be_v make_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a be_v commit_v to_o prison_n in_o form_n abovesayde_v that_o then_o the_o say_a commissioner_n which_o shall_v award_n such_o process_n shall_v make_v certificate_n thereof_o in_o the_o say_a exchequer_n of_o that_o shall_v be_v do_v in_o the_o premise_n in_o the_o term_n next_o follow_v after_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o be_v behind_o shall_v be_v levy_v and_o gather_v or_o such_o parson_n or_o parson_n for_o non_fw-la payment_n of_o the_o same_o commit_v to_o prison_n and_o if_o it_o happen_v any_o of_o the_o say_a collector_n to_o be_v assign_v or_o any_o major_n sheryffe_n steward_n constable_n the_o nedborow_n borsholder_n bailiff_n or_o any_o other_o officer_n or_o minister_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o parson_n or_o parson_n to_o disobey_v the_o say_a commissyoner_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o the_o reasonable_a request_n to_o they_o make_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n for_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n or_o if_o any_o of_o the_o officer_n or_o other_o parson_n do_v refuse_v that_o to_o they_o shall_v appertain_v and_o belong_v to_o do_v by_o reason_n of_o any_o precepte_v to_o he_o or_o they_o to_o be_v direct_v or_o any_o reasonable_a commandment_n instance_n or_o request_n touch_v the_o
