sell_v any_o of_o the_o say_a fee-farm_n rent_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n under_o eight_o year_n purchase_n and_o so_o proportionable_o for_o reversion_n upon_o life_n or_o life_n or_o any_o number_n of_o year_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a trustee_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o they_o their_o council_n and_o agent_n by_o they_o appoint_v shall_v have_v power_n and_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o make_v search_n and_o view_v all_o such_o record_n remain_v in_o the_o tower_n of_o london_n and_o franchise_n shall_v be_v find_v to_o be_v in_o charge_n enter_v or_o enrol_v before_o any_o officer_n or_o officer_n whatsoever_o of_o the_o exchequer_n or_o any_o other_o court_n of_o record_n that_o in_o such_o case_n the_o say_a trustee_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v send_v to_o such_o officer_n or_o officer_n for_o certificate_n and_o particular_n thereof_o which_o officer_n and_o officer_n shall_v and_o be_v hereby_o require_v to_o deliver_v the_o same_o upon_o oath_n to_o the_o say_a trustee_n who_o be_v hereby_o enable_v to_o administer_v the_o same_o unto_o they_o and_o shall_v and_o may_v upon_o return_n thereof_o make_v unto_o they_o proceed_v to_o contract_n sell_v and_o convey_v the_o same_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o by_o this_o and_o the_o say_v first_o mention_v act_n be_v direct_v and_o appoint_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v contract_v for_o any_o of_o the_o premise_n shall_v pay_v in_o his_o purchase_n money_n within_o the_o time_n limit_v respective_o in_o the_o say_v former_a act_n for_o the_o payment_n thereof_o unless_o he_o or_o they_o can_v procure_v from_o the_o say_a trustee_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o they_o upon_o good_a cause_n show_v and_o to_o be_v allow_v by_o they_o a_o certificate_n or_o certificate_n for_o further_a time_n to_o pay_v in_o the_o same_o and_o to_o perfect_v he_o or_o their_o conveyance_n which_o certificate_n and_o further_a licence_n or_o corporate_a shall_v desire_v to_o purchase_v any_o fee-farm_n rent_n sum_n of_o money_n or_o other_o thing_n or_o duty_n in_o this_o or_o the_o former_a act_n mention_v and_o intend_v to_o be_v sell_v and_o of_o the_o same_o shall_v procure_v a_o particular_a or_o certificate_n and_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v under_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o forty_o shilling_n that_o then_o such_o particular_a or_o certificate_n be_v subscribe_v and_o sign_v by_o the_o trustee_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o they_o with_o a_o memorandum_n of_o the_o thing_n and_o the_o estate_n and_o sum_n for_o which_o the_o same_o be_v grant_v that_o from_o thenceforth_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v as_o full_o settle_v in_o such_o purchaser_n and_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v as_o good_a and_o effectual_a a_o
