annuity_n or_o other_o profit_n within_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o wales_n shall_v be_v charge_v and_o chargeable_a for_o the_o same_o by_o the_o certificate_n of_o the_o inhabitant_n or_o the_o party_n where_o such_o good_n cattle_n land_n tenement_n or_o other_o the_o premise_n then_o shall_v be_v or_o in_o such_o other_o place_n where_o such_o person_n or_o his_o factor_n deputy_n or_o attorney_n shall_v have_v his_o most_o resort_n unto_o within_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o wales_n in_o like_a manner_n as_o if_o the_o say_a person_n be_v or_o have_v be_v at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_v assess_v within_o this_o realm_n and_o that_o every_o person_n abide_v or_o dwell_v within_o this_o realm_n or_o without_o this_o realm_n shall_v be_v charge_v or_o chargeable_a to_o the_o same_o subsidy_n grant_v by_o this_o act_n accord_v and_o after_o the_o rate_n of_o such_o yearly_a substance_n or_o value_n of_o land_n and_o tenement_n good_n cattle_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n as_o every_o person_n so_o to_o be_v charge_v shall_v be_v set_v at_o in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a assess_n or_o taxation_n upon_o he_o to_o be_v make_v &_o in_o none_o otherwise_o and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o for_o thassessing_n and_o order_v of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n to_o be_v due_o have_v the_o lord_n chancellor_n of_o england_n or_o the_o keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n the_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n of_o england_n the_o lord_n steward_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n household_n the_o lord_n precedent_n of_o the_o queen_n honourable_a counsel_n and_o the_o lord_n privy_a seal_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o two_o they_o at_o the_o jest_n whereof_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n of_o england_n or_o keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o be_v one_o shall_v and_o may_v name_v and_o appoint_v of_o and_o for_o every_o shire_n and_o ride_v and_o other_o place_n aswell_o within_o this_o realm_n as_o in_o wales_n and_o other_o the_o queen_n dominion_n and_o also_o of_o and_o for_o every_o city_n &_o town_n be_v

any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o the_o same_o upon_o the_o pain_n &_o penalty_n last_o abovesaid_a and_o not_o to_o be_v charge_v for_o any_o portion_n of_o any_o other_o collector_n and_o if_o any_o commissioner_n after_o he_o have_v take_v certificate_n of_o they_o that_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v before_o any_o such_o commissioner_n be_v examine_v and_o the_o sum_n rate_v and_o set_v and_o the_o book_n and_o writing_n thereof_o be_v in_o his_o hand_n or_o if_o any_o collector_n or_o other_o person_n charge_v with_o any_o receipt_n of_o any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n or_o any_o other_o person_n tax_v or_o otherwise_o by_o this_o act_n charge_v with_o and_o for_o any_o parcel_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n or_o with_o any_o other_o sum_n or_o fine_a amerciament_n penalty_n or_o other_o forfeiture_n happen_v to_o die_v before_o the_o commissioner_n collector_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o person_n or_o person_n have_v execute_v accomplished_a satisfy_v or_o sufficient_o discharge_v that_o which_o to_o every_o such_o person_n shall_v appertain_v or_o belong_v to_o do_v according_a to_o this_o act_n then_o the_o executour_n and_o heir_n of_o every_o such_o person_n and_o all_o other_o seize_v of_o any_o land_n or_o tenement_n that_o any_o such_o person_n be_v charge_v by_o this_o act_n and_o disceasling_a before_o he_o be_v discharge_v thereof_o or_o any_o other_o to_o his_o use_n only_o have_v of_o estate_n of_o inheritance_n at_o the_o time_n that_o any_o such_o person_n be_v name_v commissioner_n collector_n or_o otherwise_o charge_v with_o and_o for_o any_o manner_n of_o thing_n to_o be_v do_v satisfy_v or_o pay_v by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n and_o all_o those_o that_o have_v in_o their_o possession_n or_o hand_n any_o good_n or_o shall_v be_v assign_v and_o appoint_v for_o the_o levy_v and_o gather_v of_o the_o same_o with_o the_o alderman_n and_o burgess_n of_o the_o say_a borough_n and_o town_n of_o stampforde_n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n have_v manor_n land_n tenement_n and_o other_o hereditamente_n chargeable_a to_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o subsidy_n grant_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n by_o this_o act_n and_o also_o have_v spiritual_a possession_n chargeable_a to_o her_o say_a majesty_n by_o the_o grant_v make_v by_o the_o clergy_n of_o this_o realm_n in_o their_o convocation_n and_o over_o this_o have_v substance_n in_o good_n and_o cattle_n chargeable_a by_o this_o say_a act_n that_o then_o if_o any_o of_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n be_v hereafter_o charge_v assess_v and_o tax_v for_o the_o say_a manor_n land_n and_o tenement_n and_o spiritual_a possession_n and_o also_o assess_v charge_v and_o tax_v for_o his_o or_o their_o good_n and_o cattle_n that_o then_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v only_o charge_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n for_o his_o and_o their_o say_a manor_n
