dillon_n argue_v before_o we_o several_a day_n and_o we_o desirous_a to_o take_v such_o a_o resolution_n in_o the_o matter_n as_o may_v be_v equal_a and_o just_a hold_v fit_a to_o advise_v therein_o opinion_n clear_o that_o the_o letter_n patent_n be_v void_a in_o the_o whole_a and_o two_o only_a viz._n justice_n mayart_n and_o justice_n cressy_n differ_v from_o those_o five_o in_o opinion_n hold_v that_o the_o letter_n patent_n be_v only_o void_a as_o to_o the_o tenure_n we_o thereupon_o take_v the_o same_o into_o consideration_n at_o this_o board_n do_v hereby_o adjudge_v order_n and_o declare_v that_o the_o say_v letter_n patent_n be_v whole_o void_a in_o law_n and_o consequent_o that_o all_o such_o letter_n patent_n pass_v under_o colour_n of_o the_o say_a commission_n and_o that_o mention_v the_o parcel_n grant_v to_o be_v hold_v by_o knight_n service_n as_o of_o his_o majesty_n castle_n of_o dublyn_n or_o by_o any_o tenure_n other_o then_o by_o knight_n service_n in_o
