prosecution_n of_o any_o party_n indict_v shall_v be_v grant_v out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n to_o remove_v any_o indictment_n before_o trial_n have_v and_o from_o before_o the_o shall_v keep_v such_o money_n apart_o and_o issue_v the_o same_o by_o warrant_n from_o the_o principal_a officer_n and_o commissioner_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o ordnance_n respective_o or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o mention_v that_o it_o be_v for_o building_n and_o furnish_v the_o say_a ship_n nor_o shall_v the_o say_v principal_a officer_n and_o commissioner_n sign_v any_o
