france_n and_o ireland_n etc._n etc._n to_o all_o our_o people_n of_o our_o kingdom_n of_o ireland_n who_o it_o may_v concern_v william_n r._n declaration_n k._n william_n declaration_n as_o it_o have_v please_v almighty_a god_n to_o bless_v our_o arm_n in_o this_o kingdom_n with_o a_o late_a victory_n over_o our_o enemy_n at_o the_o boyn_n and_o with_o the_o possession_n of_o our_o capital_a city_n of_o dublin_n and_o with_o a_o general_a dispersion_n of_o all_o that_o do_v oppose_v we_o we_o be_v now_o in_o so_o happy_a a_o prospect_n of_o our_o affair_n and_o of_o extinguish_v the_o
