in_o the_o honourable_a house_n of_o commons_z assemble_v in_o parliament_n and_o first_o strength_n whether_o it_o do_v not_o much_o increase_n the_o strength_n of_o the_o kingdom_n with_o mariner_n warlike_a ship_n ammunition_n and_o all_o necessary_a arts-man_n thereunto_o belong_v whether_o it_o do_v not_o great_o increase_v the_o general_a traffic_n of_o the_o kingdom_n not_o only_o as_o it_o be_v a_o very_a ample_a trade_n of_o itself_o between_o england_n and_o the_o indies_n but_o also_o as_o it_o be_v a_o ample_a staple_n or_o magazine_n of_o many_o rich_a indian_a ware_n to_o send_v from_o hence_o into_o other_o foreign_a country_n the_o trade_n to_o the_o east_n indies_n some_o few_o year_n past_a when_o we_o have_v war_n with_o the_o portugal_n do_v employ_v fifteen_o thousand_o ton_n of_o ship_n all_o at_o once_o either_o go_v or_o come_v or_o trade_n there_o from_o port_n to_o port_n but_o since_o upon_o good_a experience_n we_o find_v that_o so_o great_a a_o charge_n be_v neither_o necessary_a for_o our_o defence_n nor_o comportable_a by_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o traffic_n until_o some_o further_a discovery_n may_v be_v make_v in_o china_n or_o elsewhere_o as_o be_v hope_v nevertheless_o according_a to_o the_o present_a time_n there_o may_v be_v employ_v and_o maintain_v eight_o thousand_o ton_n of_o great_a and_o warlike_a ship_n beside_o two_o thousand_o ton_n more_o here_o in_o the_o kingdom_n continual_o repair_v for_o the_o next_o supply_n of_o those_o voyage_n this_o trade_n as_o it_o be_v thus_o great_a in_o itself_o so_o do_v it_o yet_o further_o enlarge_v our_o traffic_n and_o strength_n by_o furnish_v this_o kingdom_n with_o all_o sort_n of_o indian_a ware_n not_o only_o for_o our_o own_o use_n but_o more_o especial_o
