same_o court_n that_o to_o they_o shall_v be_v think_v meet_v for_o the_o pass_n of_o the_o same_o account_n 8._o item_n the_o accountant_a or_o accountant_n that_o shall_v not_o come_v to_o determine_v he_o or_o their_o account_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a his_o or_o their_o good_n and_o land_n shall_v be_v seize_v to_o the_o queen_n use_n nomine_fw-la districtionis_fw-la and_o shall_v loose_v the_o benefit_n thereof_o and_o that_o shall_v have_v the_o allowance_n of_o the_o same_o in_o discharge_n of_o his_o debt_n according_a to_o the_o ancient_a custom_n of_o the_o exchequer_n time_n to_o time_n as_o to_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o court_n in_o that_o be_v half_a shall_v be_v think_v meet_a and_o convenient_a according_a to_o the_o ancient_a custom_n and_o course_n of_o the_o court._n 10._o item_n all_o letter_n patent_n of_o any_o manor_n land_n tenement_n or_o other_o hereditament_n or_o concern_v any_o annuity_n pardon_n or_o other_o such_o like_a shall_v be_v enrol_v in_o such_o office_n of_o the_o say_a exchequer_n as_o by_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n and_o the_o say_a court_n shall_v be_v appoint_v the_o party_n to_o pay_v fine_n according_a to_o the_o ordinance_n and_o statute_n in_o that_o behalf_n provide_v 11._o item_n all_o recognizance_n of_o payment_n of_o any_o farm_n or_o any_o debt_n of_o or_o for_o any_o part_n of_o the_o premise_n to_o be_v enrol_v in_o the_o remembrancer_n office_n and_o to_o be_v take_v in_o the_o open_a court_n when_o the_o term_n be_v open_a &_o if_o the_o term_n be_v not_o open_a then_o by_o the_o chief_a baron_n and_o in_o his_o ablence_n by_o any_o of_o the_o baron_n and_o by_o force_n of_o a_o dedim_v potestat_fw-la if_o necessity_n shall_v require_v take_v for_o every_o such_o than_o the_o same_o lease_n to_o pass_v under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n and_o if_o the_o rent_n be_v above_o the_o value_n of_o 71._o 13_o s_o 4_o d._n then_o every_o such_o lessee_n to_o pay_v the_o fee_n of_o the_o signet_n and_o privy_a seal_n as_o hereto_o fore_o in_o like_a case_n have_v be_v accustom_v and_o if_o the_o land_n to_o be_v let_v do_v pass_v not_o the_o yearly_a rent_n of_o 40_o s._n then_o the_o lease_n to_o pass_v the_o seal_n of_o the_o same_o court_n of_o exchequer_n pay_v 6_o s._n 8_o d._n to_o the_o queen_n use_n 3_o s._n 4_o d._n to_o the_o chancellor_n of_o the_o say_a court_n and_z 4_o d._n to_o one_o appoint_v to_o attend_v the_o seal_n for_o his_o attendance_n and_o wax_n and_o the_o say_a lease_n under_o the_o value_n of_o 40_o s._n to_o be_v always_o make_v by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o pipe_n and_o file_v together_o for_o every_o year_n by_o themselves_o and_o there_o to_o be_v enrol_v within_o the_o say_a office_n as_o the_o say_a clerk_n of_o the_o pipe_n may_v report_v the_o indenture_n for_o the_o more_o surety_n of_o the_o party_n take_v for_o the_o inrollment_n as_o shall_v be_v order_v by_o the_o court._n 15._o item_n the_o say_a lord_n treasurer_n shall_v not_o have_v any_o authority_n to_o make_v any_o lease_n in_o reversion_n of_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o the_o premise_n or_o of_o any_o wood_n or_o any_o manor_n in_o gross_a for_o the_o term_n of_o certain_a year_n without_o the_o queen_n highness_n special_a warrant_n to_o he_o to_o be_v direct_v in_o that_o behalf_n and_o then_o warrant_v to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o lord_n treasurer_n of_o england_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a 16._o item_n the_o lord_n treasurer_n take_v to_o he_o the_o advice_n of_o the_o chancellor_n under-treasuror_a and_o
