same_o when_o the_o teind_n be_v coff_v or_o for_o payment_n of_o the_o rate_n of_o teind_n where_o the_o same_o be_v not_o coff_v and_o anent_o the_o provision_n of_o the_o kirk_n with_o competent_a maintenance_n and_o other_o particular_n mention_v in_o the_o say_a act_n therefore_o his_o majesty_n and_o estate_n by_o the_o say_a act_n do_v refer_v the_o determination_n thereof_o to_o the_o commissioner_n to_o be_v appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n and_o estate_n with_o these_o declaration_n always_o that_o his_o majesty_n shall_v have_v his_o annuity_n pay_v forth_o of_o the_o teind_n
