mind_n and_o intent_n of_o the_o first_o donor_n and_o patron_n of_o the_o same_o parochial_a and_o little_a church_n for_o if_o as_o master_n bilson_n say_v it_o be_v true_a that_o the_o lord_n of_o village_n have_v erect_v church_n and_o allot_v out_o portion_n for_o divine_a service_n either_o by_o god_n or_o man_n law_n by_o their_o late_a grant_n can_v not_o have_v the_o former_a right_n unto_o their_o patronage_n overthrow_v and_o if_o the_o allowance_n give_v at_o the_o first_o to_o the_o minister_n of_o each_o parish_n by_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o soil_n be_v matter_n enough_o in_o the_o judgement_n of_o christ_n church_n to_o establish_v the_o right_n of_o patron_n that_o they_o alone_o shall_v present_v clerk_n because_o they_o alone_o provide_v for_o they_o if_o i_o say_v this_o be_v true_a then_o have_v the_o minister_n of_o those_o village_n and_o of_o that_o soil_n just_a cause_n to_o require_v at_o the_o diocesan_n hand_n a_o restitution_n of_o such_o allowance_n neither_o after_o the_o determination_n of_o the_o same_o lease_n shall_v the_o incumbent_a minister_n be_v any_o more_o let_v to_o enjoy_v and_o receive_v the_o whole_a profit_n in_o right_a of_o their_o church_n than_o other_o minister_n be_v now_o let_v to_o enjoy_v they_o if_o any_o shall_v say_v that_o many_o of_o these_o impropriation_n be_v annex_v and_o appropry_v as_o prebend_n for_o the_o provision_n of_o some_o of_o the_o prebendary_n of_o the_o same_o great_a church_n and_o that_o the_o same_o prebendary_n in_o the_o right_n of_o their_o prebend_n be_v the_o lawful_a rector_n of_o the_o church_n appropry_v and_o have_v curam_fw-la animarum_fw-la in_o the_o same_o parish_n then_o we_o must_v instant_o again_o pray_v the_o king_n that_o those_o prebendary_n by_o some_o
