they_o have_v be_v in_o great_a affliction_n and_o bondage_n but_o now_o they_o be_v quite_o past_a all_o hope_n of_o recovery_n for_o they_o have_v before_o they_o the_o red_a sea_n and_o on_o each_o behind_o he_o in_o a_o bush_n and_o offer_v he_o in_o stead_n of_o isaac_n so_o isaac_n be_v save_v and_o the_o ram_n be_v sacrifice_v and_o slay_v now_o whereas_o abraham_n offer_v isaac_n in_o sacrifice_n to_o god_n and_o yet_o isaac_n live_v and_o the_o ram_n be_v slay_v in_o his_o stead_n hence_o some_o gather_v this_o use_n and_o we_o may_v profitable_o consider_v of_o the_o same_o to_o thing_n unto_o they_o more_o than_o he_o do_v unto_o other_o for_o beside_o that_o general_a knowledge_n which_o they_o have_v in_o his_o word_n he_o reveal_v particular_o unto_o they_o the_o dignity_n in_o this_o world_n he_o give_v these_o to_o who_o he_o will_v to_o some_o more_o and_o to_o some_o less_o as_o please_v he_o yea_o sometime_o he_o raise_v up_o man_n of_o base_a and_o low_a degree_n to_o great_a dignity_n as_o david_n say_v psal._n 113.7_o he_o raise_v the_o needy_a out_o of_o the_o dust_n and_o lift_v the_o poor_a out_o of_o the_o dongue_z now_o whence_o come_v this_o be_v their_o learning_n their_o great_a strength_n their_o beauty_n or_o wonderful_a skill_n and_o knowledge_n the_o cause_n of_o their_o preferment_n or_o the_o wealth_n of_o their_o parent_n or_o any_o thing_n in_o they_o no_o sure_o if_o we_o speak_v of_o the_o first_o cause_n we_o see_v in_o this_o example_n that_o the_o preferment_n of_o ephraim_n above_o manasses_n be_v for_o no_o cause_n
