shall_v appear_v most_o conducible_a to_o the_o service_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n provide_v that_o no_o person_n who_o have_v not_o ten_o pound_n a_o year_n in_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n lease-hold_a or_o copyhold_n or_o a_o personal_a estate_n worth_a two_o hundred_o pound_n shall_v be_v compellable_n to_o contribute_v in_o find_v foot-arm_n

as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o no_o person_n who_o have_v not_o one_o hundred_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la in_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n lease-hold_a or_o copyhold_n shall_v be_v compellable_n to_o contribute_v in_o find_v a_o horse_n with_o arm_n or_o a_o dragoon_n and_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o have_v power_n to_o hear_v and_o examine_v complaint_n upon_o oath_n which_o oath_n they_o have_v hereby_o power_n to_o administer_v and_o to_o give_v redress_n as_o there_o shall_v be_v cause_n six_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o be_v to_o take_v care_n that_o such_o horse_n and_o arm_n as_o be_v so_o charge_v and_o to_o be_v provide_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o all_o such_o other_o horse_n
