notwithstanding_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o all_o such_o person_n who_o have_v be_v sequester_v since_o the_o first_o day_n of_o august_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o and_o nine_o or_o hereafter_o shall_v be_v sequester_v for_o any_o delinquency_n commit_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n and_o all_o other_o person_n who_o upon_o the_o prosecution_n of_o their_o appeal_n have_v be_v or_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v delinquent_n within_o the_o time_n herein_o before_o limit_v shall_v upon_o their_o petition_n be_v admit_v to_o composition_n respective_o according_a to_o the_o late_a vote_n of_o parliament_n of_o the_o fourteen_o and_o one_o and_o twenty_o of_o march_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o and_o eight_o so_o as_o they_o do_v prosecute_v their_o composition_n with_o effect_n within_o six_o week_n after_o they_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v delinquent_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v and_o ordain_v that_o the_o right_n title_n and_o interest_n of_o all_o such_o rectory_n tithe_n portion_n of_o tithe_n and_o other_o profit_n and_o advantage_n as_o have_v be_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v upon_o the_o composition_n of_o any_o delinquent_n or_o delinquent_n be_v settle_v to_o or_o for_o the_o benefit_n of_o any_o minister_n or_o church_n by_o the_o committee_n or_o commissioner_n for_o compound_v shall_v be_v good_a and_o effectual_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n and_o shall_v be_v enjoy_v against_o such_o delinquent_n and_o delinquent_n and_o all_o claim_n by_o from_z or_o under_o he_o or_o they_o or_o by_o from_z or_o under_o any_o person_n or_o person_n in_o trust_n for_o he_o or_o they_o or_o to_o he_o or_o their_o use_n benefit_n or_o behoof_n since_o the_o cause_n of_o sequestration_n and_o also_o against_o all_o and_o every_o other_o person_n and_o person_n claim_v any_o estate_n therein_o who_o shall_v not_o make_v such_o his_o estate_n and_o claim_n appear_v unto_o the_o say_a delinquency_n or_o recusancy_n as_o also_o the_o three_o part_n that_o remain_v to_o the_o recusant_n shall_v be_v and_o hereby_o be_v discharge_v of_o and_o from_o all_o former_a fine_n and_o composition_n for_o recusancy_n and_o of_o and_o from_o all_o the_o arrear_n due_a upon_o the_o same_o since_o the_o say_a land_n have_v be_v under_o sequestration_n and_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o exchequer_n and_o all_o other_o who_o it_o may_v concern_v be_v to_o take_v notice_n hereof_o provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n nor_o
