also_o all_o the_o land_n and_o tenemente_n hold_v by_o socage_n or_o of_o the_o nature_n of_o socage_n tenure_n at_o his_o pleasure_n save_v to_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o land_n and_o tenemente_n hold_v by_o knight_n service_n for_o his_o wardship_n as_o much_o thereof_o as_o shall_v amount_v to_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o third_o part_n wtout_fw-fr any_o diminution_n dower_n any_o of_o the_o case_n abovesayd_a shall_v come_v to_o the_o king_n do_v not_o amount_v to_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o full_a iii_o part_n of_o all_o the_o say_a hereditamente_n whereof_o the_o king_n shall_v be_v entitle_v to_o have_v the_o custody_n or_o primer_n season_n than_o the_o king_n may_v take_v into_o his_o hand_n as_o much_o of_o other_o two_o part_n of_o the_o say_v hereditamente_n as_o with_o that_o of_o the_o same_o hereditamente_n remain_v in_o his_o hand_n shall_v make_v up_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o the_o third_o part_n of_o the_o say_v hereditamente_n shall_v be_v hold_v by_o knight_n service_n concern_v only_o his_o three_o part_n for_o title_n of_o wardship_n also_o all_o person_n shall_v sue_v their_o lyvery_n for_o possession_n reversion_n or_o remaynder_n and_o also_o pay_v relief_n and_o heriette_n like_v as_o they_o shall_v have_v do_v before_o yâ—_z make_o hereof_o and_o fine_n for_o alienation_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o the_o chancery_n upon_o writ_n of_o entre_fw-fr in_o the_o post_n to_o be_v obtain_v there_o after_o the_o say_v twenty_o day_n of_o july_n for_o common_a recovery_n to_o be_v suffer_v of_o any_o
