behaviour_n and_o if_o the_o party_n be_v unable_a to_o pay_v the_o say_v fine_a then_o to_o be_v set_a in_o the_o stock_n not_o exceed_v three_o hour_n or_o be_v corporal_o punish_v by_o whip_v at_o appertain_v they_o &_o each_o of_o they_o shall_v forfeit_v to_o their_o majesty_n for_o every_o such_o neglect_n by_o the_o space_n of_o one_o month_n the_o sum_n of_o forty_o shilling_n towards_o by_o post_v up_o the_o same_o in_o some_o public_a place_n in_o the_o shire_n town_n of_o that_o county_n where_o such_o decease_a person_n last_o dwell_v and_o of_o the_o two_o next_o adjoin_v countys_n and_o six_o or_o twelve_o month_n time_n as_o the_o circumstance_n of_o any_o estate_n may_v require_v shall_v be_v allow_v by_o the_o judge_n unto_o the_o creditor_n for_o the_o bring_n among_o the_o creditor_n save_v the_o widow_n dower_n save_v that_o shall_v have_v make_v out_o their_o claim_n in_o due_a proportion_n to_o the_o sum_n to_o they_o respective_o owe_v according_a as_o the_o estate_n will_v bear_v save_v unto_o the_o widow_n if_o any_o be_v her_o right_a of_o dower_n according_a to_o law_n in_o house_n and_o land_n of_o the_o decease_a the_o widow_n dower_n at_o the_o expiration_n of_o her_o term_n to_o be_v distribute_v among_o the_o creditor_n in_o a_o like_a proportion_n and_o no_o process_n in_o law_n shall_v be_v allow_v against_o the_o executor_n or_o administrator_n of_o any_o such_o insolvent_a estate_n so_o long_o as_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v depend_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o whatsoever_o creditor_n shall_v not_o enter_v and_o make_v out_o his_o or_o her_o claim_n with_o such_o commissioner_n before_o the_o full_a expiration_n of_o the_o limit_a time_n such_o person_n shall_v for_o ever_o after_o be_v debar_v of_o his_o or_o her_o debt_n
