give_v the_o great_a satisfaction_n to_o all_o party_n concern_v it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o judge_n or_o judge_n of_o the_o court_n there_o establish_v to_o hold_v and_o keep_v the_o same_o once_o every_o two_o month_n and_o not_o often_o and_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o chancellor_n here_o for_o the_o time_n be_v upon_o application_n make_v to_o grant_v a_o justice_n to_o any_o of_o the_o inferior_a court_n within_o this_o island_n any_o thing_n herein_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v before_o the_o lord_n mayor_n and_o alderman_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o shall_v then_o and_o there_o own_o and_o acknowledge_v such_o deed_n grant_v or_o below_o the_o stop_n be_v upon_o small_a flood_n total_o overflow_v and_o the_o stop_n by_o the_o mean_v aforesaid_a daily_o increase_v so_o that_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o in_o a_o short_a time_n if_o no_o remedy_n be_v apply_v all_o the_o settlement_n and_o sugar-work_n thereabouts_o will_v be_v altogether_o lose_v and_o what_o be_v good_a manurable_a land_n now_o will_v be_v turn_v into_o mere_a bog_n and_o morass_n unfit_a to_o raise_v cattle_n in_o or_o convert_v to_o any_o other_o use_n which_o will_v not_o only_o be_v a_o very_a great_a loss_n to_o to_o this_o island_n in_o general_n but_o a_o utter_a ruin_n to_o the_o
justice_n of_o the_o peace_n without_o give_v notice_n to_o the_o captain_n of_o the_o say_a fort_n or_o whosoever_o shall_v command_v in_o chief_a therein_o in_o his_o absence_n which_o say_v notice_n shall_v be_v sufficient_a leave_n to_o pass_v the_o say_a fort_n without_o any_o further_a charge_n or_o trouble_v whatsoever_o unless_o the_o say_a captain_n or_o other_o his_o subordinate_a officer_n have_v reasonable_a cause_n to_o suspect_v the_o person_n so_o desire_v leave_n to_o have_v some_o evil_a design_n in_o go_v off_o with_o or_o carry_v off_o any_o person_n contrary_a to_o estate_n which_o any_o person_n so_o die_v without_o heir_n be_v at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n sei_fw-it say_fw-mi of_o and_o that_o after_o office_n find_v and_o return_v into_o the_o determine_v and_o be_v void_a in_o case_n any_o right_a heir_n appear_v and_o claim_v the_o same_o and_o legal_o approve_v himself_o to_o be_v heir_n within_o three_o year_n after_o the_o date_n of_o the_o say_a patent_n and_o that_o the_o value_n of_o the_o say_v escheat_v estate_n as_o it_o be_v apprise_v at_o shall_v be_v secure_v to_o be_v pay_v unto_o the_o treasury_n of_o this_o island_n after_o the_o expiration_n of_o three_o year_n from_o the_o date_n of_o the_o patent_n if_o no_o heir_n in_o the_o mean_a time_n shall_v obtain_v the_o same_o by_o such_o person_n or_o person_n to_o who_o the_o governor_n or_o commander_n in_o chief_a as_o aforesaid_a shall_v by_o patent_n under_o the_o broad_a seal_n of_o this_o island_n grant_v the_o same_o and_o that_o the_o treasurer_n or_o receiver_n be_v hereby_o require_v to_o pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v pay_v the_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n the_o say_v escheat_v estate_n be_v value_v at_o out_o of_o the_o treasury_n unto_o or_o
