who_o have_v be_v real_o and_o malicious_o guilty_a and_o therefore_o we_o can_v in_o justice_n but_o upon_o the_o petition_n of_o the_o marquis_n of_o antrim_n and_o after_o the_o serious_a and_o strict_a inquisition_n into_o his_o action_n declare_v unto_o you_o that_o we_o do_v find_v he_o innocent_a from_z any_o malice_n or_o rebellious_a purpose_n against_o the_o crown_n and_o that_o benefit_n of_o the_o marquis_n and_o as_o we_o can_v in_o justice_n deny_v he_o this_o testimony_n so_o we_o require_v you_o to_o transmit_v our_o letter_n to_o our_o commissioner_n that_o they_o may_v know_v our_o judgement_n in_o this_o case_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o antrim_n and_o proceed_v according_o and_o so_o we_o bid_v you_o hearty_o farewell_o give_v at_o our_o court_n at_o white-hall_n july_n 10._o in_o the_o 15_o year_n of_o our_o reign_n 1663._o by_o his_o majesty_n command_n henry_n bennet_n to_o our_o right_a trusty_n and_o right_o entire_o well-beloved_a cousin_n and_o counsellor_n james_n d._n of_o ormond_n our_o lieutenant_n general_n and_o general_a governor_n of_o our_o kingdom_n of_o ireland_n and_o to_o the_o lord_n of_o our_o council_n of_o that_o our_o kingdom_n enter_v at_o the_o signet_n office_n july_n 13_o 1663._o soon_o after_o the_o follow_a answer_n of_o the_o d._n of_o ormond_n and_o the_o irish_a privy_a council_n to_o the_o forego_n 〈◊〉_d that_o his_o majesty_n do_v judge_v it_o fit_a that_o those_o his_o letter_n for_o the_o marquis_n of_o antrim_n shall_v be_v direct_v to_o we_o to_o the_o end_n that_o if_o we_o his_o majesty_n servant_n here_o upon_o the_o place_n shall_v find_v more_o in_o the_o marquis_n of_o antrim_v case_n than_o be_v in_o those_o letter_n take_v notice_n of_o either_o in_o relation_n to_o his_o majesty_n or_o his_o affair_n then_o in_o such_o case_n we_o may_v humble_o represent_v the_o same_o to_o his_o majesty_n and_o as_o it_o be_v the_o use_n and_o custom_n here_o in_o former_a time_n and_o particular_o in_o the_o time_n of_o his_o majesty_n royal_a father_n of_o bless_a memory_n that_o if_o any_o direction_n come_v from_o the_o king_n which_o in_o the_o execution_n thereof_o may_v occasion_v inconvenience_n to_o his_o majesty_n service_n the_o same_o be_v stay_v until_o the_o matter_n be_v by_o the_o chief_a governor_n here_o humble_o represent_v to_o the_o king_n so_o it_o be_v also_o agreeable_a to_o his_o majesty_n instruction_n to_o i_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n particular_o in_o thing_n relate_v to_o his_o majesty_n revenue_n which_o likewise_o be_v the_o present_a case_n for_o his_o majesty_n revenue_n be_v like_a to_o be_v hereby_o much_o lessen_v and_o moreover_o it_o be_v agreeable_a likewise_o with_o his_o now_o majesty_n gracious_a pleasure_n signify_v thither_o by_o the_o lord_n of_o his_o majesty_n most_o honourable_a privy_a council_n by_o their_o letter_n of_o aug._n 12._o 1661._o direct_v to_o the_o late_a justice_n and_o council_n wherein_o it_o be_v declare_v that_o his_o majesty_n and_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o most_o honourable_a privy_a council_n be_v well_o assure_v of_o a_o demur_n the_o say_a justice_n and_o council_n have_v make_v
