his_o commendation_n of_o the_o law_n of_o england_n book_n it_o be_v thus_o write_v in_o the_o nine_o chapter_n the_o five_o and_o twenty_o leaf_n the_o king_n of_o england_n can_v alter_v or_o change_v the_o law_n of_o his_o realm_n at_o his_o pleasure_n for_o why_o he_o govern_v his_o people_n by_o power_n not_o only_o royal_a but_o also_o politic_a if_o his_o power_n over_o they_o be_v a_o king_n who_o government_n over_o his_o people_n be_v politic_a for_o he_o can_v neither_o change_v law_n without_o the_o consent_n of_o his_o subject_n nor_o yet_o charge_v they_o with_o strange_a prove_v by_o several_a act_n of_o parliament_n and_o by_o some_o authority_n in_o book_n and_o by_o some_o reason_n that_o the_o king_n majesty_n can_v at_o this_o day_n impose_v any_o such_o charge_n in_o general_a upon_o all_o his_o subject_n as_o this_o be_v without_o their_o consent_n in_o parliament_n second_o i_o will_v give_v answer_n to_o such_o objection_n as_o have_v be_v make_v by_o those_o precedent_n which_o have_v be_v insist_v upon_o to_o prove_v that_o the_o like_a charge_n have_v be_v before_o impose_v by_o the_o king_n progenitor_n king_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o i_o will_v show_v some_o precedent_n of_o more_o force_n to_o the_o contrary_a four_o i_o will_v insist_v upon_o the_o disuse_n of_o the_o attempt_n of_o impose_v any_o such_o general_a charge_n by_o this_o way_n at_o any_o time_n since_o the_o beginning_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n henry_n the_o four_o which_o be_v almost_o two_o hundred_o and_o fifty_o year_n since_o and_o many_o other_o course_n and_o kind_n of_o attempt_n for_o levy_v of_o money_n and_o this_o way_n not_o attempt_v till_o of_o late_a five_o i_o will_v insist_v upon_o the_o writ_n of_o 4._o augusti_fw-la anno_fw-la 11._o car._n that_o the_o matter_n therein_o comprise_v do_v not_o contain_v sufficient_a warrant_n for_o the_o levy_n of_o such_o contribution_n and_o that_o the_o matter_n which_o be_v add_v in_o the_o mittimus_fw-la can_v supply_v or_o make_v the_o writ_n of_o 4._o augusti_fw-la sufficient_a and_o that_o the_o scire_fw-la fac_fw-la fac_fw-la itself_o be_v insufficient_a last_o i_o will_v give_v some_o answer_n to_o that_o which_o heretofore_o be_v object_v by_o mr._n solicitor_n that_o the_o judge_n have_v former_o by_o a_o subscription_n to_o some_o proposition_n which_o they_o be_v
