comptroller_n farmer_n of_o custom_n supervisor_n searcher_n and_o other_o officer_n belong_v to_o the_o custom_n and_o to_o and_o for_o all_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n mayor_n and_o chief_a officer_n of_o corporation_n within_o this_o realm_n dominion_n of_o wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n upon_o tweed_n from_o time_n to_o time_n as_o well_o by_o land_n as_o water_n to_o search_v for_o and_o seize_v any_o leather_n or_o raw_a hide_v wrought_v or_o unwrought_a cut_v or_o uncut_v pack_v up_o or_o unpacked_a intend_a or_o purpose_v to_o be_v transport_v by_o any_o person_n or_o made-ware_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n or_o three_o mile_n of_o the_o same_o city_n any_o curried_a leather_n before_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v search_v and_o allow_v by_o the_o warden_n for_o prevent_v fraud_n in_o lour_a stranger_n good_n that_o for_o prevent_v of_o fraud_n in_o colour_v of_o stranger_n good_n and_o otherwise_o every_o merchant_n or_o other_o pass_v any_o good_n ware_n or_o merchandize_n inward_o or_o outward_o shall_v by_o himself_o or_o his_o know_a servant_n factor_n or_o agent_n subscribe_v one_o of_o his_o bill_n of_o every_o entry_n with_o the_o mark_n sugar_n tobacco_n ginger_n cotton-wool_n indigo_n speckle-wood_n or_o jamaica_n wood_n fustick_a or_o other_o die_a wood_n of_o the_o growth_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a land_n island_n colonies_n plantation_n territory_n or_o place_n to_o be_v carry_v into_o any_o other_o country_n or_o place_n whatsoever_o until_o they_o have_v be_v first_o unlade_v bona_fw-la fide_fw-la and_o put_v on_o shore_n in_o some_o port_n or_o haven_n in_o england_n or_o wales_n or_o in_o the_o town_n of_o berwick_n that_o every_o such_o officer_n for_o such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v his_o place_n and_o
