no_o mean_n promise_v his_o help_n unto_o she_o say_v poor_a husband_n herein_o unless_o he_o will_v be_v content_a to_o bargain_n &_o sell_v all_o his_o land_n amount_v to_o the_o yearly_a rent_n as_o the_o say_v &c._n &c._n not_o long_o after_o have_v bring_v with_o he_o concern_v the_o say_a bargain_n nothing_o misdoubt_v of_o the_o say_v etc._n etc._n be_v his_o cousin_n but_o that_o he_o shall_v have_v seize_v to_o none_o other_o covenant_n but_o only_o to_o such_o as_o conscience_n will_v stand_v with_o at_o which_o time_n the_o same_o etc._n etc._n neither_o pay_v nor_o proffer_v any_o penny_n of_o the_o say_v etc._n etc._n according_a to_o his_o covenant_n which_o delay_n of_o payment_n both_o against_o his_o promise_n and_o covenant_n after_o she_o say_v poor_a husband_n effect_n have_v be_v to_o the_o utter_a undo_n of_o he_o &_o she_o with_o all_o their_o heir_n for_o ever_o your_o say_a poor_a oratrices_n husband_n take_v hold_n on_o that_o point_n that_o the_o say_v &c._n &c._n pay_v not_o the_o aforesaid_a etc._n etc._n do_v at_o their_o next_o meeting_n renounce_v and_o say_v that_o he_o will_v not_o stand_v to_o the_o say_a covenant_n &_o bargain_n
