hold_v in_o common_a by_o partner_n so_o that_o a_o certain_a place_n can_v not_o be_v assign_v to_o each_o partner_n for_o his_o own_o proportion_n viz._n a_o whole_a or_o half_a perch_n in_o respect_n of_o the_o small_a quantity_n of_o the_o land_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v ordain_v by_o the_o oath_n of_o the_o xxiiii_o jurat_n and_o view_v what_o proportion_n of_o the_o say_a prevent_v that_o he_o can_v make_v use_n of_o the_o say_a way_n and_o have_v no_o other_o passage_n either_o to_o go_v ride_v drive_v or_o carry_v in_o form_n aforesaid_a it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a
