acre_n of_o profitable_a land_n as_o may_v be_v of_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o three_o hundred_o pound_n or_o may_v be_v sufficient_a to_o answer_v and_o secure_v a_o yearly_a rent-charge_n of_o three_o hundred_o pound_n per_n ann_n to_o be_v issue_v out_o of_o the_o same_o to_o the_o intent_n the_o same_o may_v be_v a_o perpetual_a revenue_n for_o and_o towards_o the_o support_n and_o maintenance_n of_o the_o fort_n at_o duncannon_n and_o be_v settle_v for_o that_o purpose_n in_o such_o way_n and_o manner_n as_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n and_o council_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v direct_v and_o in_o the_o set_n out_o of_o the_o say_a land_n the_o commissioner_n shall_v not_o be_v oblige_v to_o proceed_v by_o any_o rule_n of_o contiguitie_n but_o only_o to_o take_v care_n that_o the_o value_n intend_v be_v secure_v and_o the_o commissioner_n shall_v likewise_o set_v out_o or_o cause_n to_o be_v set_v out_o so_o many_o acre_n more_o of_o profitable_a land_n as_o may_v be_v of_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n per_fw-la ann_n or_o may_v be_v sufficient_a to_o answer_v and_o secure_v a_o further_a allotment_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o protestant_a commissioned_n officer_n who_o be_v in_o regiment_n croop_n or_o company_n raise_v in_o ireland_n or_o transport_v out_o of_o england_n and_o serve_v his_o majesty_n or_o his_o royal_a father_n before_o the_o five_o day_n of_o june_n one_o thousand_o six_o whatsoever_o arise_v or_o accrue_v unto_o they_o by_o any_o clause_n in_o the_o say_v former_a act_n contain_v other_o than_o the_o year_n rend_v and_o the_o year_n and_o half_n rend_v therein_o forty_o and_o nine_o and_o have_v yet_o have_v no_o satisfaction_n for_o their_o service_n in_o land_n or_o money_n their_o heir_n executor_n assignee_n or_o assign_n may_v be_v satisfy_v in_o the_o first_o place_n after_o the_o rate_n of_o twelve_o shilling_n six_o penny_n in_o the_o pound_n if_o the_o same_o will_v so_o far_o extend_v and_o if_o there_o shall_v be_v find_v any_o surplus_n than_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v equal_o distribute_v among_o all_o the_o officer_n who_o serve_v before_o the_o five_o of_o june_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o forty_o and_o nine_o and_o have_v any_o arrear_n due_a to_o they_o as_o well_o those_o who_o have_v former_o have_v satisfaction_n in_o part_n as_o those_o who_o have_v yet_o have_v no_o satisfaction_n and_o among_o the_o respective_a heir_n executor_n and_o assign_v of_o such_o officer_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o respective_a security_n herein_o before_o mention_v shall_v be_v forthwith_o put_v out_o of_o charge_n without_o any_o fee_n to_o be_v therefore_o pay_v in_o order_n to_o the_o distribution_n aforesaid_a and_o until_o such_o distribution_n make_v shall_v be_v manage_v for_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o clause_n in_o the_o former_a act_n the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v set_v apart_o so_o much_o other_o forfeit_a land_n as_o may_v be_v sufficient_a to_o reprize_n the_o and_o from_o and_o after_o such_o restitution_n make_v as_o aforesaid_a the_o say_a lord_n vice-count_a gormanston_n shall_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v to_o he_o his_o heir_n and_o assign_v all_o and_o
