thereof_o shall_v be_v convict_v by_o oath_n before_o the_o commissioner_n for_o obstruction_n within_o one_o year_n after_o such_o double_v every_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v treble_a the_o say_a sum_n the_o one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o shall_v discover_v the_o
