such_o rogue_n so_o banish_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v return_v again_o into_o any_o part_n of_o this_o realm_n or_o dominion_n of_o wales_n without_o lawful_a licence_n or_o warrant_v so_o to_o do_v that_o in_o every_o such_o case_n such_o offence_n shall_v be_v felony_n and_o the_o party_n offend_v therein_o suffer_v death_n as_o in_o case_n of_o felony_n the_o say_a felony_n to_o be_v hear_v and_o determine_v in_o that_o county_n of_o this_o realm_n or_o wales_n in_o which_o the_o offender_n shall_v be_v apprehend_v and_o be_v it_o also_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o town_n parish_n duty_n or_o village_n the_o constable_n headborough_z or_o tithingman_n be_v negligent_a &_o do_v not_o he_o or_o their_o best_a endeavour_n for_o the_o apprehension_n of_o such_o vagabond_n rogue_n or_o sturdy_a beggar_n which_o there_o shall_v be_v find_v contrary_a to_o the_o form_n of_o this_o present_a act_n and_o to_o cause_v every_o of_o they_o to_o be_v punish_v and_o convey_v according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o present_a act_n that_o then_o the_o say_a constable_n headborough_z or_o tithingman_n in_o who_o such_o default_n shall_v be_v shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o default_n ten_o shilling_n and_o also_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n do_v in_o any_o wise_a disturb_v or_o let_v the_o execution_n of_o this_o law_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o statute_n concern_v the_o punishment_n or_o convey_v of_o rogue_n vagabond_n sturdy_a beggar_n or_o the_o relief_n or_o settle_v of_o poor_a impotent_a person_n in_o any_o manner_n of_o wise_a or_o make_v recuse_v against_o any_o officer_n or_o person_n authorize_v by_o this_o present_a act_n for_o the_o due_a execution_n of_o any_o the_o premise_n the_o same_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v &_o lose_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n and_o shall_v be_v bind_v to_o the_o good_a behaviour_n and_o be_v it_o also_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a vagabond_n that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n have_v charge_n in_o any_o voyage_n in_o pass_v from_o the_o realm_n of_o ireland_n or_o scotland_n or_o from_o the_o isle_n of_o man_n into_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n do_v witting_o or_o willing_o bring_v or_o convey_v or_o suffer_v to_o be_v bring_v or_o convey_v in_o any_o vessel_n or_o boat_n from_o and_o out_o of_o the_o say_a realm_n of_o ireland_n scotland_n or_o isle_n of_o man_n into_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o any_o vagabond_n rogue_n or_o beggar_n or_o any_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v force_v or_o very_o like_a to_o live_v by_o beg_v within_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n be_v bear_v in_o the_o same_o realm_n beggar_n be_v already_o or_o shall_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o be_v set_v on_o land_n or_o shall_v come_v into_o any_o part_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n the_o same_o after_o he_o or_o she_o shall_v be_v punish_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v convey_v to_o the_o next_o port_n or_o parish_n in_o or_o near_o which_o they_o be_v land_v or_o first_o come_v in_o such_o sort_n as_o rogue_n be_v appoint_v to_o be_v by_o this_o present_a act_n and_o from_o thence_o to_o be_v transport_v at_o the_o common_a charge_n of_o the_o country_n where_o they_o be_v set_v on_o land_n into_o those_o part_n from_o whence_o they_o come_v or_o be_v bring_v and_o that_o every_o constable_n headborough_z and_o tythingman_n neglect_v the_o due_a performance_n thereof_o shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o
