to_o examine_v he_o in_o and_o upon_o the_o matter_n contain_v in_o the_o same_o information_n or_o complaint_n 6._o §_o 6._o n._n 6._o and_o that_o every_o of_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n process_n process_n etc._n etc._n within_o his_o jurisdiction_n upon_o every_o of_o the_o say_a information_n or_o complaint_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n to_o make_v like_o process_n against_o the_o party_n upon_o who_o any_o such_o information_n or_o complaint_n as_o before_o be_v rehearse_v shall_v be_v make_v to_o cause_v he_o personal_o to_o appear_v before_o he_o thereupon_o to_o be_v examine_v as_o justice_n of_o peace_n have_v upon_o information_n or_o complaint_n make_v to_o they_o for_o surety_n of_o the_o peace_n without_o any_o fee_n or_o reward_n to_o be_v take_v or_o have_v by_o any_o of_o the_o say_a justice_n etc._n etc._n 14._o 12_o ed._n 4._o c._n 9_o §_o 6._o n._n 14._o and_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o every_o place_n corporate_a corporation_n corporation_n and_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o every_o other_o place_n have_v justice_n of_o peace_n within_o they_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o hear_v and_o determine_v every_o such_o forfeiture_n viz._n of_o escheator_n not_o have_v twenty_o pound_n a_o year_n or_o let_v to_o farm_n etc._n etc._n upon_o presentment_n thereof_o have_v before_o they_o in_o their_o session_n 15._o §_o 6._o n._n 15._o in_o which_o presentment_n like_o process_n shall_v be_v have_v as_o be_v use_v upon_o indictment_n of_o trespass_n process_n process_n do_v with_o force_n and_o arm_n against_o the_o king_n peace_n 13._o 17_o ed._n 4._o c._n 4._o §_o 1._o n._n 13._o and_o also_o that_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n for_o the_o time_n be_v within_o any_o county_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n to_o inquire_v mason_n mason_n hear_v and_o determine_v by_o their_o discretion_n as_o well_o by_o examination_n or_o otherwise_o the_o default_n offence_n and_o trespass_n which_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v comit_v contrary_a to_o this_o ordinance_n viz._n of_o tilemaker_n as_o well_o at_o the_o king_n suit_n as_o at_o the_o party_n which_o shall_v fell_v himself_o grieve_v in_o that_o behalf_n 14._o §_o 1._o n._n 14._o and_o if_o it_o be_v find_v or_o may_v appear_v justice_n justice_n to_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o any_o of_o they_o by_o examination_n or_o otherwise_o by_o their_o discretion_n that_o any_o person_n or_o person_n have_v offend_v contrary_a to_o this_o ordinance_n that_o then_o the_o same_o justice_n before_o who_o it_o shall_v be_v find_v or_o appear_v shall_v assess_v upon_o the_o offender_n in_o this_o behalf_n no_o less_o fine_a than_o for_o every_o m._n of_o plain-tile_n set_v to_o sale_n contrary_a to_o this_o ordinance_n v_o s._n and_o for_o every_o c._n of_o roof-tile_n vi_o s._n viii_o d._n and_o for_o every_o c._n of_o corner-tile_n or_o gutter-tile_n two_o s._n sell_v contrary_a to_o this_o ordinance_n etc._n etc._n 15._o §_o 1._o n._n 15._o and_o that_o the_o same_o justice_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n to_o call_v before_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o at_o any_o time_n and_o place_n
