be_v conclude_v and_o accord_v that_o the_o like_a rule_n for_o sower_n and_o manurer_n of_o corn_n within_o the_o quarter_n of_o each_o other_o shall_v be_v observe_v in_o the_o province_n of_o connaght_n as_o be_v set_v down_o for_o leinster_n 11._o it_o be_v conclude_v and_o accord_v and_o the_o say_a marquis_n of_o ormond_n for_o and_o in_o the_o name_n of_o his_o majesty_n do_v promise_n precedent_a article_n limit_v unto_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a during_o the_o say_a cessation_n 12._o it_o be_v conclude_v and_o accord_v that_o no_o officer_n of_o the_o army_n or_o soldier_n of_o either_o side_n shall_v be_v admit_v without_o licence_n from_o the_o commander_n in_o chief_a of_o the_o army_n on_o both_o side_n or_o of_o the_o commander_n of_o the_o next_o chief_a garrison_n respective_o to_o pass_v or_o repair_v into_o any_o garrison_n on_o either_o side_n save_v that_o it_o be_v lawful_a for_o either_o party_n to_o furnish_v any_o garrison_n in_o their_o power_n during_o the_o cessation_n with_o victual_n cloth_n ammunition_n or_o other_o necessary_n by_o licence_n as_o aforesaid_a which_o be_v not_o to_o be_v deny_v upon_o demand_n 13._o it_o be_v conclude_v of_o his_o force_n and_o yet_o nevertheless_o the_o same_o shall_v not_o be_v understand_v to_o be_v any_o breach_n of_o cessation_n as_o to_o other_o part_n of_o the_o kingdom_n which_o shall_v conform_v and_o yield_v thereunto_o and_o whereas_o the_o assistance_n of_o his_o majesty_n force_n be_v desire_v by_o the_o say_a roman_a catholic_n subject_n now_o in_o arm_n etc._n etc._n against_o such_o as_o shall_v oppose_v the_o article_n of_o this_o cessation_n and_o will_v not_o yield_v obedience_n thereunto_o or_o interrupt_v the_o trade_n and_o traffic_n albeit_o that_o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v suppose_v that_o there_o will_v be_v any_o such_o the_o say_a james_n marquis_n of_o ormond_n do_v further_a promise_n and_o undertake_v that_o their_o say_a request_n shall_v be_v make_v pretend_v on_o either_o side_n that_o the_o cessation_n be_v violate_v that_o yet_o no_o act_n of_o hostility_n be_v immediate_o to_o follow_v but_o first_o the_o party_n complain_v be_v to_o acquaint_v the_o lord_n general_n lieutenant-general_n or_o other_o chief_a commander_n of_o either_o side_n in_o that_o province_n in_o which_o the_o say_a cessation_n be_v pretend_v to_o be_v offence_n shall_v be_v set_v at_o liberty_n upon_o bail_n until_o his_o majesty_n further_a pleasure_n be_v know_v therein_o provide_v nevertheless_o that_o if_o any_o party_n of_o his_o majesty_n army_n in_o any_o other_o province_n of_o the_o kingdom_n shall_v not_o within_o ten_o day_n after_o publication_n of_o these_o article_n yield_v obedience_n thereunto_o that_o the_o same_o shall_v
