both_o house_n of_o parliament_n in_o this_o kingdom_n which_o be_v likewise_o to_o be_v transmit_v according_a to_o the_o usual_a manner_n which_o will_v take_v up_o asmuch_o time_n as_o the_o transmit_n of_o the_o bill_n which_o be_v to_o be_v agree_v on_o this_o treaty_n and_o see_v the_o benefit_n which_o shall_v be_v hold_v fit_a to_o be_v derive_v to_o the_o proposer_n may_v be_v as_o defective_a title_n strengthen_v likewise_o by_o act_n of_o parliament_n which_o his_o majesty_n may_v not_o in_o honour_n avoid_v and_o his_o majesty_n do_v conceive_v it_o be_v unsafe_a for_o
