who_o by_o the_o rule_n of_o this_o present_a act_n may_v otherwise_o expect_v to_o be_v restore_v thereunto_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o declare_v and_o enact_v that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v he_o either_o in_o his_o own_o right_n or_o as_o heir_n executor_n administrator_n or_o assign_v to_o other_o for_o his_o or_o their_o respective_a service_n in_o the_o war_n of_o ireland_n out_o of_o the_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n late_o belong_v or_o repute_v to_o belong_v unto_o sir_n phelim_n o_o neile_n of_o kinard_n knight_n lie_v and_o be_v in_o the_o barony_n of_o dungannon_n
