such_o time_n and_o place_n as_o he_o shall_v appoint_v and_o make_v return_n to_o the_o sealer_n in_o write_v of_o all_o person_n so_o summon_v that_o then_o and_o there_o all_o such_o weight_n and_o measure_n may_v be_v prove_v and_o seal_v with_o the_o town_n seal_n which_o be_v likewise_o to_o be_v provide_v by_o the_o constable_n at_o each_o town_n charge_v who_o shall_v have_v for_o every_o weight_n and_o measure_n so_o seal_v one_o penny_n from_o the_o owner_n thereof_o at_o the_o first_o seal_v and_o all_o such_o weight_n and_o measure_n as_o can_v be_v bring_v to_o their_o just_a standard_n he_o shall_v deface_v and_o destroy_v and_o after_o the_o first_o seal_v shall_v have_v nothing_o so_o long_o as_o they_o continue_v just_a with_o the_o standard_n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o constable_n select_a man_n or_o sealer_n do_v not_o due_o execute_v this_o law_n so_o far_o as_o to_o each_o &_o every_o of_o they_o appertain_v they_o &_o each_o of_o they_o shall_v forfeit_v to_o their_o majesty_n for_o every_o such_o neglect_n by_o the_o space_n of_o one_o month_n the_o sum_n of_o forty_o shilling_n towards_o the_o support_n of_o their_o government_n here_o and_o every_o person_n neglect_v to_o bring_v in_o their_o weight_n &_o measure_n at_o the_o time_n and_o place_n appoint_v be_v due_o warn_v thereto_o shall_v likewise_o forfeit_v three_o shilling_n and_o fourpence_n the_o one_o half_n whereof_o to_o be_v to_o their_o majesty_n as_o aforesaid_a the_o other_o half_o to_o the_o sealer_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o penalty_n herein_o mention_v to_o be_v levy_v by_o distress_n by_o warrant_n from_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a
