church_n church_n officer_n or_o member_n in_o point_n of_o doctrine_n worship_n or_o discipline_n whether_o for_o substance_n or_o circumstance_n beside_o the_o institution_n of_o the_o lord_n 7._o every_o church_n of_o christ_n have_v freedom_n to_o celebrate_v day_n of_o fast_v and_o prayer_n and_o of_o thanksgiving_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n meeting_n elder_n meeting_n 8._o the_o elder_n of_o church_n and_o other_o brethren_n and_o messenger_n have_v liberty_n to_o meet_v monthly_o quarterly_o or_o otherwise_o in_o convenient_a number_n and_o place_n for_o conference_n and_o consultation_n about_o christian_a and_o church_n question_n and_o occasion_n provide_v that_o nothing_o be_v conclude_v and_o impose_v by_o way_n of_o authority_n from_o one_o or_o more_o and_o the_o say_v select_a man_n of_o every_o town_n shall_v appoint_v from_o year_n to_o year_n two_o or_o more_o if_o need_v require_v of_o the_o inhabitant_n thereof_o to_o view_v the_o common_a fence_n of_o all_o their_o cornfield_n to_o the_o end_n to_o take_v due_a notice_n of_o the_o real_a defect_n and_o insufficiency_n thereof_o owner_n to_o give_v notice_n of_o defect_n to_o the_o owner_n who_o shall_v forthwith_o acquaint_v the_o owner_n thereof_o with_o the_o same_o and_o if_o the_o say_a owner_n do_v not_o within_o six_o day_n time_n or_o otherwise_o as_o the_o select_a
