dangerous_a disorder_n be_v seldom_o see_v especial_o in_o such_o state_n as_o be_v aforenamed_a because_o the_o dispose_n of_o the_o public_a treasure_n be_v in_o the_o power_n and_o under_o the_o discretion_n of_o many_o neither_o be_v it_o unknown_a to_o all_o other_o principality_n and_o government_n that_o the_o end_n of_o such_o excess_n be_v ever_o ruinous_a for_o they_o cause_v great_a want_n and_o poverty_n which_o often_o drive_v they_o from_o all_o order_n to_o exorbitance_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v common_a policy_n among_o prince_n to_o prevent_v such_o mischief_n with_o great_a care_n and_o providence_n by_o do_v nothing_o that_o may_v cause_v the_o nobility_n to_o despair_v of_o their_o safety_n nor_o leave_v any_o thing_n undo_v which_o may_v gain_v the_o good_a expense_n but_o 400000_o l._n whereby_o he_o may_v lay_v up_o 300000_o l._n more_o in_o his_o coffer_n yearly_a than_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n gain_v from_o stranger_n by_o foreign_a trade_n who_o see_v not_o then_o that_o all_o the_o money_n in_o such_o a_o state_n will_v sudden_o be_v draw_v into_o the_o prince_n treasure_n whereby_o the_o life_n of_o land_n and_o art_n must_v fail_v and_o
