quality_n but_o remain_v the_o self_n same_o that_o it_o be_v so_o that_o these_o thing_n be_v no_o more_o subject_a to_o the_o order_n of_o the_o common_a law_n than_o it_o be_v in_o the_o common_a law_n to_o judge_v &_o determine_v what_o mould_n be_v white_a &_o what_o be_v black_a what_o ground_n will_v bear_v wheat_n what_o barley_n what_o oat_n for_o these_o thing_n be_v no_o matter_n of_o skill_n of_o law_n that_o they_o need_v to_o be_v fetch_v out_o of_o book_n but_o they_o be_v matter_n of_o common_a experience_n which_o every_o country_n man_n can_v as_o well_o skill_n of_o as_o the_o great_a lawyer_n that_o be_v and_o therefore_o the_o law_n in_o this_o case_n be_v not_o desirous_a of_o any_o curious_a proof_n but_o content_v itself_o only_o with_o the_o deposition_n of_o two_o or_o three_o honest_a man_n which_o speak_v sensible_o and_o féel_o to_o the_o point_n that_o be_v in_o hand_n which_o be_v enough_o to_o direct_v any_o wise_a judge_n in_o his_o sentence_n so_o
