of_o conversion_n be_v such_o therefore_o the_o grace_n of_o conversion_n do_v not_o work_v unresistible_o there_o be_v no_o cause_n that_o they_o shall_v so_o labour_v in_o the_o prove_v of_o either_o proposition_n see_v we_o willing_o admit_v of_o the_o conclusion_n we_o know_v that_o the_o elect_v themselves_o do_v resist_v the_o grace_n of_o god_n although_o not_o perpetual_o nor_o so_o that_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v final_o hinder_v the_o question_n be_v whether_o it_o may_v come_v to_o pass_v that_o the_o elect_n may_v so_o resist_v the_o grace_n of_o god_n that_o they_o may_v never_o be_v convert_v or_o that_o they_o may_v extinguish_v it_o and_o final_o hinder_v it_o the_o good_a man_n do_v not_o touch_v this_o question_n but_o do_v wander_v other_o where_n demand_n for_o see_v the_o man_n of_o tyre_n and_o sydon_n do_v not_o pertain_v to_o the_o election_n of_o god_n because_o they_o never_o be_v convert_v if_o the_o miracle_n have_v be_v do_v among_o they_o which_o be_v do_v among_o the_o man_n of_o corazin_n they_o may_v have_v be_v touch_v with_o a_o reverence_n and_o have_v be_v affect_v with_o the_o sense_n of_o their_o sin_n and_o have_v be_v cast_v down_o with_o that_o repentance_n which_o be_v breed_v by_o the_o fear_n of_o punishment_n such_o as_o be_v the_o repentance_n of_o ahab_n 1_o king_n 21._o and_o of_o the_o great_a part_n of_o the_o ninivites_fw-la as_o the_o ruin_n of_o niniveh_n a_o while_n after_o do_v declare_v as_o we_o learn_v neh._n 1.1_o and_o out_o of_o the_o last_o chapter_n of_o tobias_n in_o which_o thing_n the_o man_n of_o tyre_n have_v be_v more_o praiseworthy_a than_o the_o man_n of_o corazin_n who_o among_o so_o many_o miracle_n do_v not_o feel_v the_o least_o touch_n of_o grief_n nor_o give_v any_o sign_n of_o repentance_n but_o i_o deny_v that_o it_o be_v in_o the_o power_n of_o the_o man_n of_o tyre_n to_o obtain_v true_a faith_n and_o to_o persevere_v in_o it_o without_o which_o yet_o there_o be_v no_o true_a repentance_n and_o true_o the_o arminian_o seem_v to_o i_o to_o accuse_v god_n of_o deceitful_a envy_n and_o ill_a will_n because_o he_o know_v that_o the_o man_n of_o tyre_n be_v so_o affect_v that_o if_o those_o miracle_n have_v come_v to_o they_o they_o have_v serious_o repent_v and_o come_v to_o salvation_n and_o yet_o he_o envy_v this_o benefit_n to_o they_o which_o notwithstanding_o he_o bestow_v on_o a_o people_n who_o he_o know_v will_v neither_o be_v convert_v by_o miracle_n nor_o by_o preach_v xiii_o in_o the_o seven_o place_n they_o thus_o dispute_v they_o who_o may_v resist_v the_o word_n of_o grace_n and_o salvation_n may_v also_o resist_v the_o spirit_n of_o repentance_n but_o man_n may_v resist_v the_o word_n of_o grace_n and_o salvation_n therefore_o the_o same_o man_n may_v also_o resist_v the_o spirit_n of_o repentance_n we_o admit_v of_o the_o conclusion_n in_o that_o sense_n which_o i_o have_v often_o say_v they_o prove_v the_o minor_a by_o the_o example_n of_o reprobate_n who_o we_o know_v do_v final_o resist_v but_o here_o it_o be_v speak_v of_o the_o elect_a and_o the_o question_n be_v whether_o they_o may_v so_o resist_v
