fullness_n of_o knowledge_n and_o so_o much_o shall_v serve_v for_o the_o second_o he_o be_v to_o act_v know_o 3._o this_o power_n must_v be_v dispense_v wise_o and_o prudential_o not_o only_o just_o and_o know_o but_o wise_o and_o prudential_o and_o this_o prudential_a dispence_n of_o this_o power_n lie_v in_o these_o three_o thing_n viz_o in_o the_o dispensation_n of_o it_o with_o distinction_n 1._o of_o error_n 2._o of_o person_n 3._o of_o penalty_n 1._o it_o must_v be_v dispense_v with_o distinction_n of_o error_n certain_o it_o be_v not_o every_o difference_n in_o judgement_n or_o practice_n no_o nor_o every_o difference_n from_o the_o truth_n no_o nor_o every_o error_n maintain_v that_o be_v to_o be_v the_o object_n of_o the_o magistrate_n power_n this_o be_v to_o deny_v a_o christian_a latitude_n to_o man_n this_o be_v to_o kill_v fly_n with_o beetle_n the_o remedy_n may_v be_v worse_o than_o the_o evil_n be_v it_o be_v say_v of_o domition_n the_o roman_a emperor_n that_o he_o spend_v his_o time_n in_o kill_v of_o fly_n it_o be_v a_o work_n unworthy_a such_o a_o person_n as_o he_o be_v certain_o the_o roman_a empire_n be_v not_o so_o much_o disturb_v with_o a_o coercive_a power_n without_o doubt_n there_o be_v a_o latitude_n to_o be_v afford_v to_o man_n of_o different_a judgement_n yea_o and_o of_o different_a practice_n in_o small_a matter_n otherwise_o this_o power_n in_o be_v a_o relief_n will_v be_v a_o scourge_n to_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n there_o must_v be_v a_o distinction_n make_v of_o error_n i_o have_v tell_v you_o that_o some_o be_v error_n in_o doctrine_n some_o in_o practice_n and_o both_o these_o either_o such_o as_o be_v principal_a or_o less_o principal_a either_o fundamental_a or_o circafundamentall_a or_o but_o circumstantial_a i_o shall_v not_o run_v into_o the_o many_o distinction_n thâ—t_o may_v be_v make_v certain_o there_o be_v some_o error_n of_o which_o i_o may_v as_o well_o as_o of_o some_o truth_n that_o their_o suppression_n be_v their_o growth_n this_o way_n of_o lessen_v they_o be_v the_o way_n of_o increase_v they_o that_o by_o which_o you_o think_v to_o be_v their_o death_n do_v but_o
