be_v enlighten_v but_o also_o be_v such_o who_o have_v taste_v of_o the_o heavenly_a gift_n 3._o yet_o never_o be_v save_o illuminate_v wrought_v upon_o or_o regenerate_v by_o the_o spirit_n and_o grace_n of_o god_n brethren_n there_o be_v great_a attainment_n which_o person_n may_v arrive_v unto_o without_o one_o dram_n of_o true_a save_a grace_n as_o the_o young_a man_n also_o the_o foolish_a partial_a yet_o might_n they_o not_o be_v true_o regenerate_v end_n at_o last_o in_o a_o total_a and_o final_a fall_v away_o and_o that_o deadness_n dulness_n and_o nonproficiency_n in_o godliness_n might_n and_o will_v end_v if_o their_o heart_n be_v not_o right_a with_o god_n in_o a_o final_a apostasy_n or_o as_o a_o worthy_a writer_n note_n dickson_n he_o presuppose_v except_o they_o study_v to_o make_v progress_n they_o shall_v go_v backward_o and_o that_o go_v backward_o tend_v to_o apostasy_n and_o that_o voluntary_a and_o complete_a apostasy_n from_o know_a truth_n do_v harden_v the_o christ_n than_o justification_n than_o regeneration_n true_a faith_n pardon_v of_o sin_n love_n to_o god_n and_o to_o his_o people_n sanctification_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o adoption_n no_o no_o there_o be_v no_o better_a thing_n that_o any_o christian_n can_v attain_v unto_o in_o this_o life_n than_o these_o moreover_o 7_o thly_a the_o apostle_n clear_o intimate_v that_o they_o be_v such_o nay_o rather_o worse_o than_o the_o worst_a of_o carnal_a person_n that_o never_o be_v enlighten_v at_o all_o and_o so_o he_o give_v they_o up_o to_o their_o own_o heart_n lust_n and_o they_o walk_v 12._o in_o their_o own_o counsel_n they_o be_v leave_v or_o give_v up_o unto_o satan_n to_o be_v lead_v act_v and_o influence_v by_o he_o and_o be_v common_o also_o carry_v away_o into_o pernicious_a error_n and_o delusion_n even_o to_o believe_v a_o lie_n that_o 12._o so_o they_o may_v be_v damn_v because_o they_o receive_v not_o the_o truth_n in_o the_o love_n of_o it_o that_o they_o may_v be_v save_v and_o many_o time_n they_o become_v persecutor_n of_o god_n people_n reproach_v vilify_a and_o contemn_v all_o religion_n quest_n what_o a_o kind_n of_o sin_n be_v the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n and_o what_o sort_n of_o person_n be_v they_o who_o may_v sin_v this_o sin_n answ_n 1._o i_o shall_v show_v you_o first_o in_o the_o negative_a what_o a_o sin_n it_o be_v not_o namely_o all_o sin_n or_o sin_n whatsoever_o that_o any_o carnal_a person_n ghost_n who_o to_o this_o day_n abode_n under_o the_o power_n of_o natural_a ignorance_n and_o never_o be_v enlighten_v by_o any_o
