§_o 44.45_o it_o follow_v because_o god_n have_v in_o he_o the_o idea_n or_o that_o which_o be_v essential_a of_o all_o thing_n which_o be_v always_o present_a to_o he_o that_o he_o must_v needs_o be_v also_o omniscient_a but_o it_o will_v be_v say_v that_o knowledge_n in_o god_n be_v not_o so_o as_o it_o be_v in_o man_n because_o god_n have_v all_o knowledge_n from_o himself_o and_o without_o from_o the_o thing_n themselves_o which_o do_v give_v forth_o their_o idea_n or_o image_n in_o we_o and_o therefore_o the_o omniscience_n of_o god_n can_v be_v liken_v to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o man._n but_o this_o objection_n say_v nothing_o against_o what_o we_o have_v advance_v for_o we_o say_v not_o that_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n be_v to_o be_v liken_v to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o man_n but_o that_o god_n knowledge_n be_v knowledge_n and_o that_o all_o knowledge_n infer_v a_o idea_n of_o the_o thing_n know_v or_o which_o we_o comprehend_v as_o for_o example_n no_o man_n can_v know_v what_o a_o tree_n or_o beast_n or_o such_o like_a be_v unless_o he_o have_v the_o idea_n or_o image_n of_o that_o thing_n in_o he_o the_o difference_n then_o betwixt_o god_n knowledge_n and_o our_o knowledge_n consist_v herein_o that_o we_o can_v frame_v any_o idea_n of_o any_o thing_n but_o what_o the_o thing_n themselves_o give_v forth_o so_o that_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o creature_n be_v stir_v up_o in_o we_o and_o hence_o it_o be_v that_o no_o man_n can_v form_v in_o himself_o and_o idea_n or_o image_n of_o anything_o that_o he_o have_v never_o see_v but_o it_o be_v not_o thus_o with_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n but_o the_o quite_o contrary_a to_o wit_n that_o god_n stand_v in_o need_n of_o nothing_o to_o acquire_v the_o knowledge_n thereof_o because_o he_o therefore_o we_o be_v only_o to_o consider_v here_o that_o knowledge_n which_o contain_v only_o the_o idea_n or_o be_v of_o the_o thing_n know_v which_o knowledge_n must_v needs_o be_v in_o the_o most_o perfect_a be_v viz._n that_o it_o have_v in_o itself_o the_o idea_n of_o all_o thing_n so_o as_o they_o shall_v be_v create_v or_o else_o god_n can_v not_o be_v omniscient_a that_o be_v he_o can_v not_o comprehend_v all_o thing_n be_v not_o a_o mere_a nothing_o as_o have_v be_v show_v already_o nor_o can_v be_v nothing_o because_o in_o god_n there_o can_v be_v nothing_o but_o must_v all_o be_v actual_o and_o essential_o according_a to_o his_o perfection_n whence_o then_o follow_v beyond_o all_o contradiction_n that_o god_n have_v all_o thing_n essential_o in_o he_o before_o the_o
