affect_a negligence_n wilful_o neglect_v to_o learn_v what_o we_o do_v not_o know_v it_o happen_v without_o any_o fault_n of_o we_o when_o there_o be_v neither_o a_o express_a will_n nor_o any_o notorious_a negligence_n on_o our_o part_n and_o it_o do_v not_o belong_v to_o we_o to_o know_v it_o or_o to_o be_v instruct_v in_o it_o this_o be_v suppose_v it_o be_v easy_a to_o tell_v when_o it_o they_o diminish_v they_o not_o at_o all_o but_o rather_o augment_v they_o they_o diminish_v sometime_o but_o little_a when_o they_o be_v but_o light_n and_o the_o will_n may_v easy_o overcome_v they_o they_o diminish_v the_o sin_n much_o when_o they_o be_v strong_a and_o violent_a because_o for_o that_o time_n they_o notorious_o diminish_v the_o judgement_n and_o liberty_n however_o as_o long_o as_o they_o leave_v man_n with_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o evil_n which_o he_o do_v the_o sin_n continue_v still_o they_o total_o take_v away_o the_o sin_n when_o they_o be_v so_o violent_a that_o they_o total_o cloud_v the_o reason_n so_o that_o one_o do_v not_o perceive_v at_o all_o that_o there_o be_v a_o sin_n which_o never_o happen_v but_o in_o the_o first_o motion_n of_o passion_n which_o reason_n it_o be_v say_v that_o every_o man_n that_o sin_n be_v ignorant_a how_o often_o do_v it_o happen_v that_o the_o ignorance_n with_o which_o they_o sin_n be_v affect_v and_o voluntary_a one_o search_v after_o it_o express_o and_o with_o design_n he_o will_v be_v ignorant_a of_o that_o which_o he_o be_v oblige_v too_o know_v he_o will_v not_o be_v instruct_v he_o fear_v to_o look_v too_o narrow_o into_o his_o own_o action_n and_o he_o oblige_v to_o the_o good_a by_o the_o knowledge_n which_o he_o shall_v have_v of_o it_o to_o do_v thus_o be_v it_o not_o to_o desire_v the_o sin_n they_o care_v not_o for_o those_o that_o reprehend_v vice_n or_o discover_v the_o able_a ghostly_a father_n they_o seek_v the_o less_o understanding_n and_o most_o indulgent_a they_o do_v not_o consult_v at_o all_o about_o the_o doubt_n of_o conscience_n or_o if_o they_o do_v they_o discover_v not_o all_o they_o seek_v after_o favourable_a resolution_n to_o indulge_v themselves_o in_o remiss_a &_o false_a opinion_n they_o frame_v a_o conscience_n to_o
