we_o admon_n 4._o more_o general_a that_o he_o faithful_o preserve_v both_o the_o sincerity_n of_o the_o christian_a doctrine_n and_o the_o gift_n of_o the_o spirit_n in_o his_o ministry_n lest_o by_o in_o all_o the_o riches_n of_o a_o more_o full_o certain_a understanding_n yet_o more_o special_o the_o apostle_n endeavour_v that_o they_o may_v profit_v in_o know_v the_o mystery_n or_o the_o gospel_n that_o be_v in_o time_n past_o hide_v but_o now_o reveal_v concern_v the_o grace_n of_o christ_n which_o be_v extend_v no_o less_o to_o the_o jew_n than_o to_o the_o gentile_n he_o add_v to_o these_o that_o they_o may_v not_o only_o profit_v in_o the_o knowledge_n but_o also_o in_o the_o acknowledgement_n of_o the_o mystery_n from_o a_o lively_a sense_n and_o experience_n of_o the_o most_o sweet_a grace_n of_o christ_n which_o be_v very_o far_o distant_a from_o the_o natural_a capacity_n of_o man_n last_o he_o most_o special_o endeavour_v that_o they_o may_v profit_v in_o acknowledge_v the_o mystery_n concern_v the_o unity_n of_o the_o divine_a essence_n and_o the_o distinction_n of_o person_n and_o the_o office_n of_o the_o mediator_n christ_n and_o more_o and_o more_o apply_v those_o thing_n to_o their_o use_n may_v aquiesce_v in_o the_o knowledge_n and_o first_o fruit_n of_o so_o great_a a_o good_a until_o they_o shall_v enjoy_v a_o full_a felicity_n by_o christ._n vers._n 3._o in_o who_o be_v hide_v all_o the_o treasure_n of_o wisdom_n and_o knowledge_n he_o give_v the_o reason_n of_o this_o desire_n from_o the_o excellency_n of_o christ_n who_o be_v the_o especial_o from_o the_o perfection_n of_o his_o person_n as_o he_o be_v clothe_v with_o the_o office_n of_o a_o mediator_n as_o he_o be_v christ_n anoint_v of_o god_n the_o object_n author_n and_o finisher_n of_o our_o faith_n or_o all_o save_a knowledge_n in_o which_o respect_n there_o be_v in_o christ_n all_o sufficiency_n to_o eternal_a salvation_n that_o there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o know_v
