be_v like_o the_o doubtful_a oracle_n of_o heathenish_a idol_n yea_o and_o nay_o it_o may_v be_v and_o it_o may_v not_o be_v for_o with_o the_o lord_n there_o be_v assurance_n of_o mercy_n his_o word_n be_v yea_o and_o amen_n have_v he_o say_v it_o and_o shall_v he_o not_o do_v it_o have_v he_o speak_v and_o shall_v he_o not_o accomplish_v it_o the_o possibility_n 23._o numb_a 23._o of_o man_n be_v full_a of_o hazard_n but_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o a_o man_n that_o he_o shall_v lie_v or_o double_v or_o be_v prevent_v of_o his_o purpose_n be_v there_o no_o doubt_n then_o in_o this_o speech_n none_o touch_v the_o absolute_a performance_n of_o the_o lord_n but_o much_o difficulty_n in_o respect_n of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n if_o man_n look_v upon_o their_o own_o unworthiness_n unconstant_a perseverance_n and_o the_o low_a ebb_n that_o the_o house_n of_o joseph_n and_o god_n people_n be_v sometime_o drive_v unto_o yet_o again_o all_o be_v courage_n when_o we_o cast_v our_o eye_n upon_o the_o lord_n of_o host_n who_o be_v strong_a to_o save_v incline_v to_o mercy_n who_o readiness_n to_o help_v in_o extremity_n appear_v to_o joseph_n and_o be_v often_o show_v to_o his_o seed_n when_o they_o be_v but_o a_o remnant_n and_o reversion_n and_o therefore_o may_v assure_o comfort_v all_o faithful_a heart_n that_o without_o all_o doubt_n he_o will_v be_v merciful_a unto_o they_o if_o they_o keep_v this_o covenant_n with_o the_o lord_n and_o consent_n to_o hate_v the_o evil_a and_o love_v the_o good_a and_o establish_v judgement_n in_o the_o gate_n thus_o much_o have_v i_o speak_v to_o declare_v upon_o what_o ground_n our_o doctrine_n &_o exhortation_n by_o god_n assistance_n shall_v be_v plant_v in_o what_o term_n the_o estate_n of_o the_o israelitesâ—hen_o â—hen_z stand_v and_o what_o article_n be_v propound_v for_o the_o redress_n of_o their_o calamity_n in_o the_o urge_v &_o unfolding_n whereof_o our_o great_a time_n shall_v be_v spend_v because_o we_o desire_v to_o apply_v the_o same_o approve_a remedy_n to_o our_o own_o decay_n &_o want_n assure_v ourselves_o the_o lord_n will_v not_o fail_v to_o be_v merciful_a if_o we_o keep_v touch_v and_o promise_v with_o he_o in_o such_o condition_n as_o he_o require_v in_o one_o word_n therefore_o to_o wind_v up_o the_o sum_n of_o all_o these_o condition_n it_o be_v that_o which_o we_o 1_o knowledge_n 1_o call_v sometime_o conscience_n sometime_o zeal_n not_o the_o common_a conscience_n of_o the_o world_n but_o that_o same_o which_o be_v first_o cunscientia_fw-la join_v with_o knowledge_n that_o it_o may_v have_v a_o eye_n to_o discern_v 2._o courage_n 2._o good_a from_o evil_n second_o that_o which_o be_v root_v and_o plant_v in_o the_o will_n and_o affection_n that_o it_o may_v have_v a_o edge_n of_o hatred_n to_o threaten_v the_o evil_a and_o a_o back_n of_o love_n to_o defend_v the_o good_a 3._o practice_n 3._o three_o such_o a_o conscience_n here_o be_v require_v as_o have_v not_o only_a skill_n to_o discern_v or_o will_v to_o desire_v but_o also_o a_o ready_a hand_n to_o practice_v not_o rest_v in_o contemplation_n but_o proceed_v to_o such_o action_n
