at_o york_n and_o by_o the_o great_a preparation_n of_o arm_n and_o other_o warlike_a provision_n which_o beget_v in_o we_o fear_n of_o war_n to_o the_o great_a ter●our_n and_o amazement_n of_o we_o redress_n by_o remove_v the_o cause_n which_o produce_v these_o miserable_a effect_n it_o be_v too_o true_a that_o very_o many_o in_o these_o and_o other_o part_n of_o the_o kingdom_n do_v whole_o withdraw_v themselves_o from_o their_o former_a commerce_n and_o deal_v and_o other_o both_o merchant_n and_o chapman_n do_v now_o general_o refuse_v to_o make_v payment_n for_o good_n long_v since_o sell_v and_o deliver_v allege_v that_o other_o refuse_v to_o pay_v they_o for_o any_o commodity_n former_o sell_v till_o the_o fear_n and_o distraction_n of_o the_o land_n be_v settle_v which_o if_o your_o majesty_n our_o earnest_a petition_n for_o redress_v and_o prevention_n of_o these_o evil_n daily_o threaten_a danger_n to_o your_o majesty_n and_o destruction_n to_o we_o which_o we_o
