head_n and_o to_o be_v communicate_v to_o the_o honourable_a house_n of_o parliament_n which_o be_v as_o follow_v the_o last_o proposition_n propose_v by_o his_o excellency_n sir_n thomas_n fairfax_n to_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n i._o that_o the_o house_n may_v be_v speedy_o purge_v of_o such_o member_n as_o for_o their_o delinquency_n or_o for_o corruption_n or_o abuse_v to_o the_o state_n or_o undue_a election_n ought_v not_o to_o sit_v there_o whereof_o the_o late_a election_n in_o cornwall_n wales_n &_o other_o part_n of_o th●_n kingdom_n afford_v to_o many_o example_n to_o the_o great_a prejudice_n of_o the_o people_n freedom_n in_o the_o say_a election_n ii_o that_o those_o person_n who_o have_v in_o the_o unjust_a and_o high_a proceed_n against_o the_o army_n appear_v especial_o as_o our_o and_o the_o kingdom_n ju_n ge_v in_o the_o high_a trust_n but_o may_v be_v make_v incapable_a thereof_o for_o future_a iii_o that_o some_o determinate_a period_n of_o time_n may_v be_v set_v for_o the_o continuance_n of_o this_o and_o future_a parliament_n beyond_o which_o none_o shall_v continue_v and_o upon_o which_o new_a writ_n may_v of_o course_n issue_n out_o and_o new_a election_n successive_o take_v place_n according_a to_o the_o intent_n of_o the_o bill_n for_o triennall_n parliament_n iv_o that_o secure_a provision_n may_v be_v make_v for_o the_o when_o his_o majesty_n in_o these_o thing_n and_o what_o else_o shall_v be_v propose_v by_o the_o parliament_n necessary_a for_o secure_v the_o right_n and_o liberty_n of_o the_o people_n and_o for_o settle_v the_o militia_n and_o peace_n of_o the_o kingdom_n shall_v have_v give_v his_o concurrence_n to_o put_v they_o past_a dispute_n we_o shall_v then_o desire_v that_o the_o right_n of_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o posterity_n may_v be_v consider_v of_o and_o settle_v in_o all_o thing_n so_o far_o as_o may_v consist_v with_o the_o right_n and_o freedom_n of_o the_o subject_a and_o with_o
