titular_n of_o the_o price_n to_o be_v pay_v for_o the_o same_o where_o the_o teind_n be_v coff_v or_o for_o payment_n of_o the_o rate_n of_o teind_n where_o the_o same_o be_v not_o coff_v and_o sicklike_a anent_o the_o provision_n of_o the_o kirk_n with_o competent_a maintenance_n and_o for_o division_n of_o the_o price_n of_o teind_n betwixt_o the_o heritor_n and_o life-renter_n and_o
