for_o peace_n neither_o be_v it_o propose_v to_o we_o or_o communicate_v to_o the_o parliament_n of_o scotland_n which_o be_v now_o adjourn_v so_o that_o we_o can_v communicate_v the_o same_o unto_o they_o for_o the_o present_a that_o it_o be_v not_o in_o the_o power_n of_o any_o commissioner_n from_o a_o parliament_n to_o form_v the_o proposition_n in_o bill_n or_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o
