be_v send_v by_o any_o person_n or_o person_n to_o and_o from_o any_o place_n within_o this_o kingdom_n by_o their_o own_o servant_n or_o by_o express_v send_v on_o purpose_n about_o their_o own_o affair_n and_o letter_n direct_v along_o with_o and_o relate_v to_o good_n send_v or_o to_o be_v return_v by_o common_a carrier_n allenarly_a and_o where_o post-office_n be_v not_o erect_v and_o post_v settle_v his_o majesty_n with_o consent_n foresay_a allow_v the_o custom_n of_o send_v by_o carrier_n or_o other_o as_o former_o ay_o and_o while_o such_o office_n be_v establish_v and_o no_o horse_n furniture_n and_o guide_v for_o ride_a post_n in_o any_o of_o the_o post_n roads_n aforesaid_a three_o shilling_n scot_n for_o ilk_fw-mi horse_n hire_n for_o postage_n for_o every_o scot_n mile_n and_o in_o like_a manner_n his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n foresay_a strict_o prohibit_n and_o discharge_v all_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o as_o well_o single_a
