presume_v upon_o and_o be_v strengthen_v by_o the_o conccurrence_n of_o divers_a other_o member_n who_o have_v perhaps_o with_o harmless_a intention_n continue_v to_o sit_v with_o they_o during_o the_o speaker_n absence_n as_o aforesaid_a though_o they_o consent_v not_o to_o any_o of_o their_o mischievous_a vote_n and_o order_n or_o treasonable_a proceed_n ofore_o mention_v may_v yet_o fear_v themselves_o to_o be_v involve_v in_o the_o same_o case_n and_o danger_n by_o have_v sit_v with_o they_o and_o thus_o by_o the_o concurrence_n of_o these_o two_o party_n in_o the_o house_n as_o to_o that_o point_n and_o the_o interest_n which_o both_o those_o party_n have_v with_o other_o in_o the_o house_n especial_o upon_o a_o matter_n of_o save_v one_o another_o and_o by_o the_o partial_a respect_n of_o some_o other_o in_o the_o house_n for_o the_o save_n of_o their_o friend_n out_o of_o the_o house_n who_o have_v act_v under_o the_o authority_n and_o for_o the_o evil_a end_n aforemention_v we_o find_v a_o absolute_a obstruction_n to_o the_o bring_n to_o justice_n or_o question_v of_o any_o who_o have_v act_v in_o the_o late_a levy_n of_o war_n against_o we_o and_o against_o the_o vindication_n of_o the_o parliament_n freedom_n or_o in_o the_o say_v treasonable_a engagement_n yea_o or_o in_o abetment_n of_o the_o tumultuous_a violence_n upon_o the_o parliament_n itself_o neither_o can_v we_o find_v or_o hear_v of_o any_o one_o person_n hitherto_o bring_v to_o justice_n or_o question_v for_o any_o of_o these_o thing_n but_o all_o seem_v to_o be_v either_o justify_v or_o at_o least_o protect_v from_o justice_n by_o the_o power_n and_o prevalence_n of_o those_o member_n in_o parliament_n who_o be_v many_o of_o they_o as_o we_o can_v make_v appear_v equal_o guilty_a of_o and_o other_o in_o some_o kind_a obnoxious_a for_o the_o same_o thing_n and_o thus_o not_o only_o our_o just_a expectation_n of_o vindication_n to_o the_o parliament_n and_o security_n to_o ourselves_o and_o the_o kingdom_n from_o the_o like_o treasonable_a and_o turbulent_a practice_n in_o future_a by_o exemplary_a justice_n for_o what_o have_v be_v so_o do_v be_v frustrate_v but_o even_o the_o safety_n and_o immunity_n of_o the_o speaker_n and_o those_o faithful_a member_n of_o both_o house_n that_o be_v drive_v away_o by_o the_o violence_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o immunity_n of_o the_o army_n in_o advance_v to_o london_n to_o bring_v they_o back_o and_o restore_v the_o parliament_n to_o its_o honour_n and_o freedom_n which_o have_v be_v acknowledge_v with_o public_a thanksgiving_n to_o god_n for_o it_o as_o aforesaid_a be_v subject_v and_o expose_v to_o question_v where_o in_o they_o and_o we_o and_o the_o kingdom_n enemy_n obtrude_v themselves_o
