hitherto_o show_v themselves_o ready_a even_o beyond_o their_o ability_n to_o serve_v the_o king_n and_o parliament_n so_o shall_v they_o ever_o continue_v to_o the_o utmost_a of_o their_o power_n and_o sithence_o divers_a great_a sum_n for_o the_o service_n of_o the_o king_n and_o kingdom_n have_v be_v already_o lend_v by_o the_o citizen_n of_o london_n beside_o 50000._o l._n for_o the_o supply_n of_o ireland_n in_o particular_a a_o great_a part_n whereof_o some_o of_o the_o lender_n be_v compel_v to_o borrow_v and_o can_v to_o this_o day_n repay_v 2._o that_o such_o part_n of_o those_o money_n as_o be_v already_o due_a to_o the_o citizen_n from_o the_o parliament_n and_o shall_v have_v be_v repay_v out_o of_o the_o pole-moneye_n and_o subsidy_n be_v not_o yet_o do_v because_o there_o be_v not_o any_o considerable_a sum_n come_v in_o from_o the_o country_n as_o be_v expect_v to_o satisfy_v the_o same_o 3._o that_o the_o say_v 50000_o l._n lend_v for_o ireland_n be_v hasten_v and_o speedy_o pay_v within_o near_o about_o 2000_o l._n upon_o this_o ground_n then_o urge_v by_o the_o parliament_n that_o if_o it_o be_v forthwith_o lend_v it_o may_v be_v of_o more_o use_n to_o preserve_v that_o kingdom_n than_o the_o lone_a of_o 200000_o l._n can_v be_v if_o defer_v but_o six_o week_n yet_o no_o considerable_a force_n be_v send_v thither_o to_o this_o day_n and_o
