goodness_n of_o god_n which_o be_v not_o content_v to_o give_v we_o strength_n but_o will_v that_o the_o same_o shall_v profit_v we_o and_o that_o it_o shall_v get_v and_o obtain_v for_o we_o riches_n to_o keep_v us._n in_o the_o seven_o place_n although_o it_o seem_v like_o that_o the_o worldling_n be_v scotfree_a and_o that_o the_o faithful_a be_v tempt_v with_o their_o prosperity_n 12._o psal_n the_o lord_n and_o look_v what_o he_o lay_v out_o it_o shall_v be_v pay_v he_o again_o our_o good_a god_n bear_v great_a love_n and_o favour_n towards_o they_o that_o be_v poor_a and_o needy_a as_o malice_n ingratitude_n and_o cruelty_n of_o man_n who_o be_v so_o ready_a to_o their_o particular_a profit_n and_o so_o greedy_a of_o gain_n that_o they_o think_v if_o they_o peel_v not_o they_o which_o can_v defend_v themselves_o they_o make_v not_o their_o market_n half_o well_o and_o if_o they_o shall_v aid_v the_o weak_a sort_n any_o whit_n at_o all_o or_o give_v any_o alms_n to_o the_o needy_a who_o have_v not_o wherewithal_o to_o requite_v it_o again_o they_o shall_v sustain_v great_a loss_n and_o never_o be_v able_a to_o recover_v it_o thus_o by_o their_o disordinate_a desire_n yield_v some_o recompense_n for_o the_o pleasure_n which_o he_o have_v do_v he_o by_o a_o far_o more_o reason_n ought_v we_o to_o be_v assure_v that_o when_o we_o have_v do_v any_o good_a to_o the_o poor_a we_o shall_v not_o loose_v it_o but_o it_o shall_v be_v restore_v and_o we_o shall_v have_v a_o very_a good_a recompense_n for_o we_o have_v not_o do_v it_o unto_o a_o man_n but_o to_o god_n who_o take_v it_o not_o on_o this_o condition_n never_o to_o restore_v it_o again_o but_o as_o pure_a and_o loyal_a ready_a to_o yield_v it_o again_o which_o he_o will_v do_v certain_o yea_o with_o usury_n by_o a_o manner_n of_o speech_n as_o solomon_n express_v it_o by_o retribution_n for_o this_o cause_n we_o ought_v to_o be_v ready_a and_o most_o willing_a to_o benefit_n the_o poor_a as_o solomon_n strive_v to_o teach_v we_o here_o and_o therewithal_o declare_v unto_o we_o first_o the_o honour_n which_o god_n do_v to_o they_o which_o have_v pity_n on_o the_o poor_a and_o do_v they_o not_o to_o say_v that_o solomon_n speak_v not_o well_o when_o he_o say_v one_o dare_v to_o the_o lord_n for_o one_o may_v say_v that_o he_o jest_v with_o we_o because_o of_o our_o rudeness_n and_o ignorance_n as_o a_o mother_n do_v with_o her_o child_n to_o give_v we_o more_o easy_o to_o understande_v how_o ready_a the_o lord_n be_v to_o benefit_n we_o when_o he_o repute_v that_o which_o be_v his_o own_o to_o be_v lend_v he_o by_o we_o and_o will_v restore_v it_o to_o we_o as_o though_o he_o be_v bind_v thereto_o and_o as_o though_o he_o have_v some_o thing_n of_o we_o in_o his_o hand_n a_o man_n may_v also_o say_v that_o he_o speak_v after_o our_o manner_n of_o speech_n for_o when_o we_o have_v give_v any_o thing_n to_o any_o one_o which_o be_v not_o base_a condition_v and_o that_o we_o hope_v he_o will_v acknowledge_v it_o and_o render_v we_o again_o the_o like_a or_o better_o we_o say_v that_o we_o have_v lend_v he_o it_o or_o if_o one_o have_v give_v we_o any_o thing_n and_o that_o we_o be_v willing_a to_o requite_v it_o again_o we_o say_v that_o we_o have_v but_o borrow_v it_o three_o he_o declare_v unto_o we_o the_o liberality_n of_o our_o god_n when_o he_o say_v that_o he_o will_v restore_v the_o retribution_n to_o he_o that_o shall_v have_v lend_v for_o of_o his_o grace_n he_o make_v himself_o as_o debtor_n when_o it_o be_v say_v that_o he_o will_v restore_v it_o be_v meet_v to_o understand_v and_o say_v that_o it_o be_v of_o his_o grace_n see_v he_o can_v be_v in_o debt_n to_o no_o body_n and_o all_o be_v in_o det_fw-la to_o he_o and_o there_o be_v none_o that_o can_v pay_v that_o det_fw-la and_o as_o if_o one_o have_v do_v he_o some_o great_a pleasure_n and_o have_v merit_v to_o be_v recompense_v therefore_o he_o promise_v retribution_n declare_v that_o he_o will_v not_o only_o render_v that_o which_o have_v be_v lend_v he_o but_o also_o will_v give_v hire_n and_o profit_n to_o he_o which_o have_v lend_v it_o he_o retribution_n be_v make_v first_o in_o this_o world_n when_o god_n do_v give_v suffisance_n and_o contentment_n to_o they_o that_o be_v pitiful_a to_o the_o poor_a although_o it_o seem_v often_o that_o they_o have_v but_o little_a second_o it_o be_v make_v in_o the_o last_o resurrection_n for_o the_o rest_n because_o mention_n be_v make_v here_o of_o restore_v and_o retribution_n the_o arrogant_a 34._o psal_n 37._o 9_o 16._o 17._o mat._n 25._o 34._o dreamer_n which_o demand_v recompense_n of_o their_o good_a deed_n will_v here_o find_v their_o merit_n and_o say_v that_o in_o do_v good_a they_o gain_v the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n but_o it_o be_v a_o easy_a thing_n to_o show_v they_o that_o they_o be_v abuse_v for_o see_v the_o heavenly_a kingdom_n be_v the_o retribution_n and_o inheritance_n of_o our_o father_n which_o he_o have_v prepare_v for_o his_o child_n before_o the_o foundation_n of_o the_o world_n it_o follow_v that_o one_o can_v not_o merit_v it_o for_o we_o be_v not_o before_o the_o foundation_n of_o the_o world_n and_o so_o child_n can_v merit_v the_o inheritance_n of_o their_o father_n what_o service_n or_o duty_n soever_o they_o do_v to_o he_o for_o they_o neither_o do_v nor_o can_v do_v any_o good_a to_o their_o father_n which_o they_o be_v not_o bind_v to_o do_v if_o it_o be_v so_o with_o man_n which_o can_v leave_v their_o child_n but_o temporal_a thing_n and_o of_o small_a enduraunce_n it_o be_v not_o fit_a that_o we_o shall_v be_v so_o arrogant_a as_o think_v to_o come_v to_o the_o heavenly_a kingdom_n by_o our_o merit_n and_o bind_v god_n to_o we_o to_o give_v it_o but_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n be_v call_v hire_n reward_n or_o retribution_n because_o it_o follow_v our_o pain_n and_o labour_n our_o work_n and_o good_a deed_n not_o that_o they_o be_v worthy_a thereof_o but_o that_o it_o please_v god_n so_o to_o accept_v they_o and_o that_o he_o himself_o make_v they_o for_o it_o be_v god_n that_o woork_v in_o we_o both_o the_o will_n and_o deed_n 13._o phil._n 2._o 13._o according_a to_o his_o good_a pleasure_n hereby_o we_o have_v a_o good_a argument_n to_o know_v that_o retribution_n come_v not_o by_o our_o merit_n but_o by_o pure_a grace_n and_o liberality_n also_o it_o will_v be_v no_o inconvenience_n to_o say_v that_o

he_o and_o yield_v he_o obedience_n thus_o do_v our_o labour_n shalbe_a bless_v of_o he_o which_o command_v it_o for_o he_o wilgive_v we_o suffisance_n and_o our_o riches_n shall_v be_v profitable_a to_o us._n whereas_o if_o by_o any_o other_o mean_v we_o travel_v to_o get_v riches_n they_o will_v be_v vain_a and_o of_o no_o profit_n and_o will_v vanish_v away_o so_o that_o we_o shall_v not_o know_v what_o be_v become_v of_o they_o solomon_n signifi_v it_o say_v 5_o will_v thou_o cast_v thy_o eye_n upon_o that_o when_o it_o be_v nothing_o for_o in_o bestow_v it_o will_v bestow_v wing_n as_o if_o he_o say_v it_o behove_v thou_o not_o to_o cast_v thy_o look_n on_o worldly_a riches_n to_o labour_n after_o they_o to_o obtain_v great_a abundance_n for_o they_o be_v nothing_o and_o though_o they_o be_v somewhat_o yet_o one_o can_v not_o have_v they_o at_o his_o will_n no_o more_o than_o a_o eagle_n which_o be_v swift_a of_o wing_n and_o fly_v aloft_o for_o as_o it_o follow_v by_o the_o sky_n or_o heaven_n for_o by_o the_o same_o we_o ought_v to_o understande_v the_o air_n which_o be_v high_a above_o we_o as_o sometime_o they_o be_v take_v in_o the_o scripture_n insomuch_o as_o a_o thing_n be_v high_a in_o the_o air_n seem_v too_o touch_v the_o sky_n we_o ought_v i_o say_v to_o understand_v it_o so_o and_o not_o the_o heaven_n which_o be_v the_o seat_n of_o god_n and_o the_o heritage_n of_o his_o elect_a for_o if_o it_o be_v as_o hard_a for_o a_o scotfree_a man_n to_o enter_v into_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n as_o for_o a_o camel_n to_o creep_v through_o a_o needle_n eye_n the_o riches_n that_o be_v frail_a and_o transitory_a can_v come_v there_o when_o therefore_o it_o be_v say_v that_o riches_n will_v bestow_v wing_n upon_o themselves_o it_o be_v give_v we_o to_o understande_v either_o that_o they_o be_v not_o profitable_a and_o vanish_v sudden_o out_o of_o our_o sight_n as_o the_o eagle_n do_v or_o as_o the_o smoke_n which_o ascend_v into_o the_o air_n and_o no_o man_n know_v what_o become_v of_o it_o or_o that_o we_o be_v not_o able_a enough_o to_o obtain_v the_o riches_n which_o we_o desire_v after_o our_o own_o disordinate_a covetousenes_n and_o so_o solomon_n show_v we_o that_o we_o labour_v in_o vain_a and_o that_o we_o be_v not_o well_o advise_v when_o we_o seek_v to_o enrich_v ourselves_o or_o lift_v we_o into_o a_o high_a estate_n than_o god_n have_v call_v we_o unto_o for_o riches_n ordinary_o make_v man_n proud_a so_o that_o for_o their_o riches_n they_o think_v they_o ought_v to_o be_v choose_v to_o high_a estate_n which_o bring_v to_o pass_v that_o they_o fall_v very_o low_o for_o he_o that_o exalt_v himself_o shall_v be_v bring_v low_o note_v we_o therefore_o that_o we_o ought_v to_o be_v content_a with_o that_o
